Amazon India — after receiving a message, refund not processed | |||||
I ordered wireless headphones from amazon.in on 29/03/18 and received on 03/04/18 i got defective product so when i informed amazon they told me to courier it to their address which i sent and they have received on 19/04/18. I got a confirmation through message that if i have paid then my refund would be processed but it's been 35 days i m following up but now i got a mail that they have discarded my courier as it was not the same product. How can i accept it after 35 days that the product you received is not the same one. Why did u sent an acknowledgement at that time when you received the courier?? Amazon i need an answer for this and i need my money back to my account. I need a proof that when you opened my courier it was not the same product. Because of your carelessness i can not leave this issue here and you can't blame us for your carelessness. Was this information helpful? | |||||
