Amazon India — All my orders get canceled

I ordered 7 items from amazon website on 20/09/2026 and while i was making payment there, i changed my payment method form Amazon pay to phonepe, and there’s what happened is all my orders got canceled . I ordered again but all the same items got canceled. After that i contacted amazon customer support and they told me that they thought something suspicious happened with my account but i told them i changed my payment method and all this happened. Then they told me to write a email to amazon describing my grievance and asking not to cancel my orders again . I did it . But there was no sufficient response. Again i tried to order but the same happened. I contacted amazon customer support again and again for more than 4-5times but they yet did not resolve my problem. What happened is my money is stuck in amazon pay gift card balance and cannot recover my money . Also i cannot order anything because they cancel all my orders . Now i want them to resolve my problem and i need compensation for all my grievances and my suffering caused by their cancellation of my orders again. Please sue them
