Amazon India — allium magic portable handheld mic with bluetooth-speaker compatible with all bluetooth enabled device/ this product is not working

This bluetooth speaker was not working. And this item was charging. Once i replaced and got a new product but again the condition was same. For this product warranty period period given is 3 months and now you are saying that you are not eligible for return. For this product i given is 980 rupees i lost my money and also i need my money back please give my money back other wise i will complaint a case to consumer court
