#amazonindia blocked my account for over one month without any reason. Been following up since 9th june 2019 with no resolution. Everytime i call, i'm asked to give all my account details and assured of a revert within 24, hours. Nobody bothers to respond back. Every next time i call, i'm told that the back office team is looking into it. Neither are they able to delete my account, nor am i able to log in. Neither am i able to delete the account myself nor am i able to create a new one. After addressing this on their facebook page, the team is simply giving repetitive suggestions to contact account specialist team and reset password and everything else that is not working. It's close to two months and even when i call the helpline i do not receive any response except that they cannot help me and i will be receiving an email from the team. That also has not happened
