Amazon India — amazon business buyer account locked since 14th of december 2018 | |||
Hello, I am registered with amazon india as a business buyer elite (Due to my purchasing limits they hve upgraded my business buyer level on top of amazon prime as well) using the email id mr_arya. [protected]@outlook.com for more than a year now. Everything was going okay but all of a sudden since 14th of october this company has put my account on hold my breason they never explained to me in a comprehencible manner. I have sent their customer support team various emails using [protected]@amazon.in; [protected]@amazon.in; [protected]@amazon.in and they only called up once on 17th of december 2018 "sir please don't worry your issue will be resolved soon and you shall receive an email to unlock your account after we unhold your acount". That email never came in. I have called up their customer support number[protected] atleast 100 times if i am not lying and they keep on saying "sir we are just a call centre and we can only forward your request to the concerned department". I feel like a beggar begging for amazon's mercy here. What crime did i commit for qualifying as a amazon india business buyer elite i do not know. Can you help us straighten this matter please?
