Amazon India — Amazon cheating with bad quality product and improper refunding | |||
I bought a HP OfficeJet 7500A Wide Format e-All-in-One Color Inkjet Printer of Rs.21, 899 through Amazon by its seller Computer Sale on 15 July 2016 Amazon.in order number:[protected] and Order Total: Rs.21, 899.00 but received a bad Packaged product, it also displayed error on Switching on the Machine and so requested for return & refund, But the Seller is forcing me to take the product claiming the Photos are not of the Product he had sent me.But these are Pictures taken by me on the Same day of arrival of Product and requested for refund in 2 hours of time the Product had reached me.Even after waiting 2 months i receive a refund of Rs. Rs.2190 even after taking the product from me. I do not have proper reply or Justification both from Amazon or its Seller.For past 2 months am fighting on this regard.This Process has been troubling me too much mentally by following up with both for past 2 months, moreover am paying Interest to my Bank for a Worthless Product, which is not with me as well . I neither receive a proper response for Trusting Too much and now they Say they Cant refund beyond Rs.2190. This is hurting me Badly. Kindly Help. Yamuna. Was this information helpful? | |||
