I purchased an Item on amazon worth 1008 (Ordered on 11 July 2021 Order#[protected] and made a payment via amazon pay later account.
Rs 14 via amazon pay balance and Rs 994 via pay later.
I then made payment for the pay later account.
later I returned the Item and got a refund from amazon that was supposed to be credited to my bank account and amazon pay balance respectively. the amazon pay balance refund of rs 14 got credited but the remaining 994 never got credited to any of my accounts.
as per amazon, the refund was credited (Jul 25-27

I raised this several times to amazon but to no avail.
Initially, they denied even raise a ticket for the concern but then after several repeat calls, on (Aug 25, 2021, 8:27 PM) they raised a ticket https://t.corp.amazon.com/D27841345.
I have been following up on tickets constantly but there is no proper response.
frontline agents do not know what's going on, if I ask for escalation they simply deny stating, again and again, a fact that their managers are not allowed to take calls. I ask to speak to the accounts team that also does not happen.
I even reached out to the amazon pay lending partner IDFC First Bank Ltd with Case # [protected]. but they closed the case saying that as I do not have a direct relation with the bank, therefore I need to resolve the issue only via amazon.
