Morning I have connected on a call with Tamil agent and he has used profanity words over me and my family. After using those bad words and calling my mom for a night, he is challenging me that I can't do anything as he is a permanent employee of amazon. He is saying that my account is going to get blocked after this call and If I talk anything more, loose is to me. What the ### is going on in amazon CUSTOMER service?
Is this the way of handling a CUSTOMER. Will you call your CUSTOMER mom for a night? Will you say that your CUSTOMER is a beggar of amazon.
