I had recently ordered a shoe with order ID[protected]
I have a habit that I opened my every parcel in front of delivery agent.
And when I open my this order
[protected], the shoes was not present in it, there was some kids wear in it. I told delivery boy what to do,
He told me that you can go for return, you will get easily refund for this wrong item.
I insist him that I'll not take this order but he told me we can't take back opened parcels.
And when I go for refund, you guys told me we will investigate this issue, and bla bla bla...Please I request you to tell your team to confirm it once by your delivery agent.
And refund my money as I'm student and this money is very very important for me.

Dear sir, I have been a valuable customer of amazon since 3 years and I have shop more than 5 lacs without getting any issues. Now your team make me so frustrated, Please help me.
You can refund me either in bank account or Amazon pay wallet, OR deliver my same shoes which I have ordered.
