I had ordered a Samsung Galaxy A70 handset from amazon on 3rd of June 2019. On 7th of June amazon delivery boy delivered me a package. When I opened the packet an hour later, it had a Samsung J6+ instead of A70. I immediately informed amazon about the wrong product that was delivered to me. They said they'll do an investigation and get back to me. Today, they mailed me that according to their investigation team, they've delivered me the right product and they won't be able to provide any refund or replacement. When I called them after reading the e-mail, their customer service executive initially said that they can't do anything about the issue and after a lot of discussion the executive said that OK I'll confirm it from our ware house team if there was a glitch from their side. They said they'll get back to me by Monday as there is least possibility that I can get any information on Friday or prior that. Now the thing is if they don't reply me by Monday, my 10 days time period for refund or replacement will already be over. And I'm now left with the wrong product which I did not even order and also it's half the value I had paid them. and they're not even considering it for once. I'm attaching the photographs of the product delivered and also the screenshots of e-mails from both the sides. Please help me out on the matter.
