Multiple chats send to website for follow ups for refund ( 5 to 6 times ) and all representative claimed that refund was already credited in source payment method.
Email confirmation taken from SBI cards about not receipt of refund updated multiple times to team. Fresh Ticket no: D59986116 raised by amazon team to generate RRN number post repetitive follow ups but still RRN number not generated and still refund is pending.
Consumer forum complaint no : 3989018 raised dated Date : 3rd Nov 22, Mode : NCHAPP and it is under progress.
On 24th Nov. Received email from Sunny S. Claimed that issue is ressilved but this information was incorrect.
Today dated 1st Dec 22, Neha from Amazon accepted that that RRN number not generated with repetitive request hence refund is still pending.
Team is proving incorrect information, falls commitment and issue is still not resolved.
There legal team "sachin" responded me on email but not taken any further action for resolution.
I think they have transferred this fund to wrong account and now unable to refund my money. Team is hiding some fraudulent activity for this tranfer.
