I request you to consider my Grievance raised several times but not addressed as well as not solved by Amazon India,
I would like to report grievance again my returned order[protected]Voltas 1.4 Ton 5 Star Inverter Adjustable Split AC (Copper, 2021 175V ADJ, White) online purchased from Amazon India
Which was Delivered at date: 19th March 2021
Faulty product was Identified: After installation, it was found that the product flap swing motor was not working properly
Requested for replacement: But the replacement was not available and return was initiated after 2/3 days of follow-ups
Finally return was raised and the scheduled pick-up date was 26th March 2021, but it was picked up a day early i.e. on 25th March 2021 by Delhivery Service (tracking id:[protected] But return status is not yet updated in the system and showing return was canceled. As per Amazon their traking id is :[protected].
As per Delhivery instruction were shared by Amazon and same service partner have delivered it. But none of the company have helped to solve it.
I have reported this issue many times but no output.
This has halted my return amount as well as delayed in buying a new product.
I request you to take this seriously and solve this issue at earliest.
