I have ordered a Watch on Amazon during the Prime day Sale on 9th of August with the promise of delivery between 11th and 14th of August. Today is 18th and they are telling now that the item is lost in transit and they want to cancel the order.
They are doing this to Boost the sales and advertise that they have increased sale in INDIA. Once the orders are placed, they will immediately decommission the seller and tell these stories that the order is lost in transit.
The seller who i purchased from is no longer with Amazon, the item was shipped via DTDC courier, the tracking number they gave is not a valid number. the customer support is not able to reach the seller or deliver my product.
