I am sharing my worst experience that i had recently with Amazon. I placed an order of external hard disk on 6th Nov and on 13th Nov product was marked delivered but actual product was not received. I raise my concern on 13th Nov and they ask me to wait till 18th Nov then again, I did follow up but there was no resolution. There was no update on complaint nobody was looking into this matter. Then I after so many calls i got my concerns escalated and after 22 days of wait I got refund where i was only expecting Product.
Amazon agent cut the call saying we can't placed an replacement order. There is no customer value, no value for money, no value of customer time... Was this information helpful? |
