As per conversation had dated may 1st, 2019 at 12:05 a. M (Customer care number). I am facing technical issues in product honor media pad t3 tab, which i have received dated sunday april 28, 2019.

Screen flickr and hanging issues is found and very difficult to use.
I want replacement of this product asap.

But customer care has refuse to replace with same product with 9.6 inches as my professional requirement will be fulfill.
