Sir, I am yet to receive my book the status of which shows as 'delivered'. To summarize my grievance, let me summarize the developments in this context: 1. Contacted customer care on 20th may and he asked me to wait till evening. 2. Around 6:00 pm when i didn't receive my order, i send an email. 3. Same day (20th may), i received the response saying that they are looking after the issue and that i shall get my order within 24-48 hours. 4. I went to post office (Taking half leave from my office) on 23rd may mentioned in my order tracking but did not found my order. After such pathetic customer service and taking so much pain, amazon still believes that we should refer friends to their site. Do these people really care for customer service? Besides what about professional ethics. After taking this much pain, i felt i must have easily bought this book from any local bookstore rather than waiting for 10-12 days, losing my peace of mind contacting amazon and still uncertain over when i will be getting my shipment.
