On 19 aug 19 i did a transaction using bajaj emi card on amazon.in to purchase oneplus mobile phones of rs 62998. At the time of verification call from bank side i was not available at the phone. My brother picked up the phone and he was unable to verify the transaction details and bajaj finserv marked it as a fraud transaction. Due to which amazon also blocked my amazon account which has rs 24000 of amazon pay balance in my wallet. Also, i didn't receive the mobile phones and the amount is also not refunded to my card. Every month people from bajaj finsrev call me and ask me to pay the emi for the same transaction. When i call amazon customer care they say that they cant check any details as the account is on hold and their team will contact me in 24 hours for the issue. 3 months have been passed and i have contacted them through every possible means but didn't get any solution for my problems. Neither my order was received nor the amount was refunded. Also, my amazon pay balance is locked by them. I request you to please unblock my account so that i can check my order details and also access my amazon pay balance. I am ready to verify and needed details of the transaction.
