I raised a request for Amazon PayLater account closure on 8th July 2022. After having 4 attempts the executive said that he has registered the request but he didn’t register, I have been waiting till 26th July 2022 and then I asked for the status. I was shocked to know that there wasn’t any request for account closure, again I had to call them and had a long conversation about 30-40 for the same. Yet again after a couple of hours I got a call from the executive and he started asking same questions regarding account closure i.e. why do you want to close the account etc.
It has been a real pain and being mentally harassed by asking same thing again and again, yet not raising any request to close the account Was this information helpful? |
