As per the listing I should get new, non-defective product, and to from autorized seller, in listing it was mentioned there that you will get 1+2 Year ACD Extended Warranty on Hp Product as HP College Back Offer By Paying 1499rs. I Paid 1499/- to Hp Claim & Hp Rejected my claim by saying that you have buy product from non authorised channel partner so we will not provide service. As I got defective Laptop I have contacted amazon to return the laptop And provide me a laptop with authoridsed channel partner so Hp can give me support & service. So I Have mail the amazon as proof that denied to give service amazon ask me to get a DOA of this Issue HP don't give DOA After 14Days and i told this to amazon that i have provide you the proof that open a website :- http://www.redemptionsupport.com/ and then enter claim ID:[protected], and check the Status: - Rejected due to purchase from non-authorized channel partner. I have Mail Amazon the screenshot and i have also mail amazon the mail i have received from Hp. but amazon is not taking any action, closed my complain without resolving.This to-fro headache played with me like a ball for one month and now HP & AMAZON BOTH is not Helping me even after I said that I am going to complain on your behalf, it seems Amazon & HP does not care, Amazon is just there to cheat customers with the defective products with non authorized channel partner So, my request here, please do not buy anything from Amazon, if you buy, surely you will get cheated by Amazon itself is fraud company, on top of this, this seller is also a cheats, so buying from amazon & with cheat seller is like Cheat X Cheat I am in so much disappointed with lots of frustration because this product worth is 32000/- I have paid. Any senior guys, request you to please let me know how can we given amazon and this seller a kick back. They are openly cheating, can we not do anything to them??? Some people (victims) already posted similar kind issues but no body responded
.. So why I am posting this issue here is,  Innocent people should not get cheated especially while buying high priced products at Amazon.  Based on reviews someone should easily identify who is the loyal seller and and who is the cheater
