Amazon India — Amazon taking customer complaints too lightly | |||||
I applied for a refund in amazon for a t-shirt i ordered and returned firstly they gave me refund 4 months after me returning the product that to a cheque I applied the cheque in the bank and it got rejected and i had to pay extra inr 172 for cheque return I gave a mail to amazon and they replied back that both the amounts will be given back but i only got the extra charge of inr 172 and my order money inr 399 is no where to be seen I am attaching the order details and amazon reply mail screenshot with this Was this information helpful? | |||||
