Dear Sir/Mam,
It's been more than 13 days and still I have not received the refund of one of my product which Amazon took back on 5th June 2016. Amazon told that they have issued the refund on 5th June itself and should reflect in my bank within 2-3 days.
Since last 2 days I tried mailing and chatting with their Customer Care Executives (CCE) they are not giving me satisfactory answer and seems like they don't bother about it.
They are asking me to check with my bank. How my bank can help me in this. Also when I asked for Transaction ID they sent me incomplete ID. Moreover, I asked that in which bank account have they transferred the money, they said "we have transferred into your bank account linked with Amazon." I have 2 accounts linked with them so I asked that into which one they have issued the refund then they said we can't help you any more you just contact your bank.
Now tell me to which bank shall I ask? These people just take away money and don't care to return it back.

I need your help to get my money back. They are not listening to any of my mails.
Request you to help me in this.
