[Resolved] Amazon India — Amazonbasics Air Conditioner | |
Placed order on 16th October, received a box of outdoor unit on 20th October. Installation charges were paid and the team was supposed to install it on 22nd. No one comes to install. So we contact Amazon's customer care. They apologies and ask for 48 hrs . No one responds anything. We contact again after 48 hrs. This thing of getting apologies and requesting 48 hrs goes on till 4th November. At this point we have contacted them more than 10 times through chats and calls. On 4th November we got tired of waiting and asked them to give refund since they are not giving us the product. They tell us due to some policy we cannot get refund but they will escalate the matter. They ask for 72 hrs this time. Is this how things work? We paid for something. If they dont deliver this and make us wait we cant get refund? This is straight up fraud in Amazon's part and i request Consumer Complaint team to help us. Was this information helpful? | |
Nov 5, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved I received a call from them and they are refunding the amount i payed. It has been acknowledged via their mail. Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
