Amazon India — Amazon's one day delivery guarantee is pathetic | |||||
Amazon's one day delivery guarantee is pathetic. I was charged 100 Rs for one day delivery guarantee. the package was delivered after 3 days. I got a message on the 2nd day that the package cannot be delivered as customer was not at home. Actually I was at home the whole day. When i contacted the amazon delivery agent at 8 pm on 2nd day, he was just half km from my house but refused to deliver it on same day. I was charged 100 Rs more by Amazon for nothing.
