Amazon deducted the amount of prime membership without my permission. I have never placed an order and they are also saying this. When i asked to refund the amount then they refunded the wrong amount and now they are denying to refund the complete amount. I am worried about
1. When i am not placing any order then how they can deduct the charge form my bank without my permission?
2. Amazon servers are not secure.
3. Amazon's customer services is terrible. They said that i can register a formal complaint.
This is not the first time when i am getting this issue. But this time i am forced to make a formal complaint. I posted this on twitter, callled amazon several times and chatted with them but no results.
Here are the mentioned details.
Date of the incident : 14th dec 2017
Attaching the screenshot of my bank statement.
I request you to please take an appropriate action against these frauds.
