Amazon India — Amount refund process not yet done

I have ordered from Amazon airpod o have returned it on the same day but till now my amount is pending to central bank of India. Amazon is saying that bank has hold the amount I have given refund reference number but there are saying that with this number we can't check the amount bank is saying. When I have contacted to Amazon. Amazon is saying that I don't no I have given you refund reference number then whom I should I have to ask the my problem.
