I have purchased Asus laptop on 19th February 2021 worth of re 1, 12, 650 and it was not in working condition so I asked to return. They arranged visit of service engineer to confirm whether it is in working condition or not. The service engineer affirm that it is not in working condition and requested the return procedure on 26th February.
They arranged pick up on 1st march though I have requested that I have bought laptop using credit card and delay in payment would cause me extra charges but they refused by saying that pick up is available on this date only.
When a person from Amazon came, he refused to take laptop by saying that the serial number is not matching though I have bill, packing, invoice and everything available, he says that he can't do anything if serial number is not matching then i requested again for pick up by calling on Customer care.
They gave next date on 3rd March. And then the pick up was successful. But still I'm waiting for my refund it had been 10 days and I'm calling on each day they are giving me time of 24 hrs or 48 hours or 72 hours for query to be solved. But nothing happened. The amount is 1, 12, 650 rs and I'm paying extra charges of my credit card due date and wasting my so much valuable toke in calling customer care. It's really irritating that eventhough doing so many follow ups they are not entertaining any complains and not refunding my amount.
