I have received damaged product / sofas as well as the sofas I have received were of very cheap quality compared to what was shown/listed on Amazon.in.
Despite of my repeated communication, the seller is not willing to take the return pick-up and processing my refund. I have raised a-to-z claim also in Amazon twice. Those got cancelled due system error/issue without any fault at my end (as informed by the Amazon team).
I tried contacting Amazon customer service multiple times (at least 7-8 times) and every time they tell me that they will get back in 48 hours or a week and resolve the matter. But so far they haven't responded back on any of the call nor they have resolved the matter.
The seller's listing on the Amazon platform looks to be fraudulent and misleading.

I am attaching the all communication with the seller on the Amazon platform which is visible to Amazon as well. It is causing a mental harassment to me. No support from Amazon and the seller (Avian homestore).
Now, the only hope is from you to resolve the matter and get my hard earned money back.
Also, request you to please take appropriate action on Amazon and the seller.
