I have been dealing with Amazon Support Team for an issue with regard to the ORDER #[protected]
I completely understand that Amazon has some policies and they stick to it; however, upon customers request it should be more flexible.
I place the above mentioned order on 4th of October. I forgot to opt for the one day delivery option as I was in urge to place the order(it is my mistake). I then contacted your support and informed them about the mistake i've done and requested them to deliver the product on or before 8th of October which is 4 days from the ordered date and I was ready to pay the one day delivery amount for the same.
I have contacted support team and have spoke to almost 8 representatives, and each one of them sounded so different( no team work, no uniqueness), but the only thing which made them all unique was their skill of copying and pasting the same template. Each of them just used the same template, they just copied and pasted the same template without even understanding the actual concern and did not even check the case history.
I have wasted most of my time with your support team and at last it ended up with a huge disappointment and it was not only a disappointment, also annoyed me by each one of them.
The main reason why I am writing up this complaint email is that because of the last representative with whom I had chat.
He brutally ended the chat after being tried to chase me. He initially tried to chase me and when I asked him directly whether he was trying to chase me, he then disconnected the chat brutally.
I am attaching the screenshot of the same and the chat history too.
See, as I am being a customer there is nothing wrong in showing my emotions as the criticality of the order is so high and yes the support must be capable of handling the frustration of any customer. Why am I showing my frustration?? because, none of the support representative took my request with high priority and did not help me at all, so I had to show my frustration.
The name of the representative was Satyam, who abruptly disconnected my chat.
I want you to take severe action on the person who sounded so much rude and abruptly disconnected my chat.
I do not mind them not being helpful, but at least should have not sounded rude and not disconnected the chat abruptly.
