I have taken a barbie doll assortment furniture from Amazon, but the product was delivered incompletely. I wanted to return the product on the same day. As there was no proper response I was adviced to file a A to Z claim by Amazon call center.
After A to Z claim was filed, my claim was rejected for no good reason. First a wrong product was delivered with intentions of cheating customers by making cleaver advertisements. Then when a claim is submitted, Amazon advertises that they gaurantee customers using A to Z claims from fradulent sellers. But this was not the case, they closed the claim with out a proper reason. The reason given was 'The product has to be returned only in good condition ', The product was with me and in unopened condition, how can the claim be rejected given a wrong reason.
I complained to Amazon numerous times against this but no action was taken. I'am put extreme stress and Amazon is not taking customer rights, leave alone satisfaction, into account. I fee cheated, and hope Amazon resolves this ASAP.

I placed 1 order with amazon & its still not delivered but rather sent back to the seller without intimating me. After placing an order with amazon, i placed 3 different orders with flipkart & i have received all 3 packages.
When i called up the customer service, i was assured i will get the package by Saturday (25 July'15).
This was sent to me by the customer service team.

Thanks to amazon, i am getting used to consumer forums to make people aware of the WORST service amazon provides. E-commerce runs on word of mouth, and we customers are the marketing for e-commerce companies.
The company who doesn't value its customers is no company to be surviving in the market. Thanks to Flipkart, snapdeal myntra & other e-commerce companies. Amazon is one of the oldest so it is surviving but with the kind of services amazon provides, the END is not far.
