        I had ordered a one plus 6 cover worth 899/- as prepaid order. The quality of the product and the colour as described in the image were totally different, i wanted to return the product but the company confirmed that we don't credit back the payment (Nowhere mentioned in returned policy) rather we would issue vouchers or replacement with different colour. I continued to go with the colour replacement, its more than 2 days the reverse pick up was done by your scheduled delivery person. Now the company is not responding on phone numbers provided on website and has neither confirmed any dispatch details of the replacement package.

        Received new product after complaining in the forum but very unprofessional behaviour from there end before the complaint was raised .Also product doesn't match with the images displayed so I would suggest everyone to think wisely before ordering as they don't offer refund as well .

          I ordered (Order no 4928 dated 30.07.18) a mobile case from caseworld.in, i found it to be a cheap imitation of what was shown in the pics. I wanted to request return, but to my dismay found that they do not have a return option and neither do they have any number mentioned. So the very same day of delivery i mailed them on the email address ([protected]@caseworld.in) requesting the return.
          In reply i received a mail asking me the reason for return, to which i replied that i found the product to be of low quality than shown. The next day i received a mail stating that we will not return the product as the quality of our product is not low and many people have purchased the same.
          I am surprised by their behavior. Though they should return my money, still i requesthem that even replacement will work.
          But now they have chosen not to reply to my mails, and apart from the mail id
          There is no point of contact with them.
          This makes me believe that it is an fraud online portal. Dont get duped.

            I ordered Mobile cover for IPhone 7 from Caseworld.in. It was not as stated on the website. They told that it is a 360 degree protection cover but it is not at all like that. They are having policy of return or exchange within 7 days from ordering. When I wanted to return it, the option to return is not available when I logged in to account.I have been using this useless product from last 1 month waiting for their response.
            date of Incident : November 21, 2017.
            Attached is the order history of the product. I tried to contact them multiple times using contact us option on their website. However, I haven't got any response from their side. There is no contact number or helpline number on their website or social media.

            I want full refund amount for this product which is Rs. 800.

            Company called me and offered another mobile cover of the same amount. I got the cover free of cost. Hence closing the complain.
