Two unauthorized charges were made on my bank account, one on Feb. 12 for 145.03, and one of Feb. 14 for 163.38. I do not know what was purchased or where the purchases were made, but they were done without my knowledge or consent. Please refund these charges to my account.

I received charges on my L.L. Bean Visa card with transaction date of 11/18/09 and posting date of 11/18/09 in the amt. of $210.97 for Amazon.com. I would like to view what was charged in this amount. I did not authorize this payment. Thank you.

I placed an order for an apple ipad mini(16gb, wifi) white-silver on 17th november, 2014. The total price rs. 18895/- was paid on the same date. My order no is[protected]. Instead of sending the ordered item to me you have deliberately cheated me by delivering a micromax mobile(X247) which worth less than rs2000/-. Unless you send me the ordered item within a reasonable time i will be constrained to take up the matter legally under sec 420.
Further i caution you not to cheat poor customers atleast from hereafter,

But, unfortunately, they haven't paid me my dues of $52.00 as balance of earnings. They are silent in this matter till now.

    non-payment of earnings

    Hello Sir, I am also working with M.Turk .com as an online home based worker of HITs from last 3 months. I enrolled my earnings on total of $89 in to Indian rupees. I have not received any cheques so far from last 6 weeks. when I mailed them about the cheques they replied that the cheques might have missed because the mailing address is more than 2 lines and guided me to change the address when in i was not able to understand where the ' Edit " button is on the Mturk. They didn't replied for my questions, nor they have intimated about the cheques.

    I'm sorry to hear you haven't received your payment yet. This check was mailed out at the time the exchange rate email was sent to you, and may have been lost.

    Before we can reissue your check, we'll need you to update the mailing address for your payment. Our issuing bank requires that the address on the check be limited to two lines of text. Additionally, each line must be less than 35 characters. The two line limitation refers to the address itself and does include the lines with the name, city, state and zip codes.

      a charge was applied to my daughter's paypal student card and another is in process. Who are these people and are they really amazon? We bought nothing in a long time. How can they get away with this? On another forum the people said the charge was to see if the card was valid. On here people have been taken for a ride. If you know anything please let me know.

        Ordered 6 bottles of Martha Stewart pump handsoap from Amazon.com on 11-17-11. Never did receive the merchandise, so tracked it down from UPS tracking. UPS said package was damaged in transit and the mechandise was discarded. UPS said they would notify the sender with details of the damage, and a damage claim was under investigation. It has now been 12 days since that notification. UPS said we would have to contact seller to learn of claim status. I have tried all possibilities through Amazon.com without success. Amazon does not provide any phone numbers for customer service. Meanwhile, our Discover card is still charged for $32.54 and we do not have the merchandise and have options to investigate further. When attempting to inquire about the order through Amazon.com, they asked for the original order number --- and upon providing it, the reply was that they have no record of any orders with that number or with my name.           I ordered the book Heaven is for Real on 10/14/11 it was deductd from my checking account on 10/14/2011 with the reference AMZN.COM/BILLWA us Trace #97069 (eff date 10/14/2011) First I ended up getting the wrong book I got the oe for Children then sent the book back with your labeling for returned on or about 10/10/28/2011 (cannoit find copy of return) and it was only to take 2-3 business days to receive the refund into my checking account and as of today this trace does not even show (I have a copy ofmy checking statement showing this) and then it never shows I ordered this book under any circumstances I am now out approximately 11 dollars Now What Lynn C Airheart email [protected]@yahoo.com

            Amazon MKTPLACE — Charge on my Credit Card

            Ihave a charge on my Capital One credit card on April 1,2010 for $13.33 from AmazonMktPlace and I don't know what it is for. Can you help me

            Amazon Mktplace Amzn.com/bilwa charged me also $28.33 for what? is this some kind of annual fee? I used my chase rewards amazon card for purchases- and their statement says the minimum due is $25.00 next month, so why did Amazon charge this to my personal bank debit card??

              I have found three charges on my debit card to the above company for $219 on October 11, $17 on October 7 and $1 on October 7 that were not made by me. I need to have someone contact me so that these charges can be removed from my card immediately.

              The three charges are for $294.21 on 10/12/11, $91.98 and $17.78 on 10/7/11 rather than the amounts previously noted on my original complaint. I would like to find out where the items ordered are being shipped so my bank can follow up on this.

              I had a similar thing happen to me with Amazon. I purchased 24 books from Amazon on my Discover card. Twenty-one of the books was correctly charged to my Discover card, and then somehow, Amazon charged $79.00 to a checking account that I keep only a minimal amount of money in strictly for cashing checks. Of course, I not only got the overdraft notice, but also got an overdraft charge of $35.00, plus $5.00 extra charge. I simply cannot find a telephone number to attempt and get this resolved. Anyone have any numbers that I can contact. I like dealing with Amazon, but when there is a mix-up, it is really difficult to even find an email address where such problems can be resolved.

                Checking debit through my bank

                I see an unauthorized debit on 8/24/2011 on my checking account in the amount of $59.00. My bank was unable to help to identify the exact reason for the debit, but recommended I go to the website AMZ.COM/BILL WA, which led me to this site where numerous people have reported unauthorized debits from the same company! Please help!...

                I have NO idea why this happening!! Nothing has been purchased thaat amounts to these rather large charges. I really don't know what country. So far a payment of $40.57 charged 7/18/2011 and another payment of $35.47 charged
                8/16/2011. It looks like this is set up as a "monthly" charge. If I do not receive a refund I will cancel my Visa Card immediately and do no more business with Amazon.Com

                    I was charged by Amazon markertplace for an order I did not issue or recieve, luckily I viewed my credit card statement to find out what had happened because I was not emailed or notified they had used my Credit card without my permission or even with my permission for that matter. I have been waiting patiently for the money to be put back on my card but it has been over a week now and nothing hss happened. If I have to wait another week I'm taking legal action!
                    This is absolutely ridiculous! I will never shop from their site again!

                                I am doing online job (Mtruk.com) last 2 years, my account was suspended on March 19, 2010.

                                I have sent repeated e-mails to mturk and asking for a reason as to why my account has been suspended. but they said But they said "Your account was closed due to a violation of our Participation Agreement and cannot be reopened. Any funds that were remaining on the account are forfeited.

                                But As per the terms and conditions it does not state that you have any right to take ownership of my account and its funds.
                                I have worked very hard for this and accumulated $835.43 in total.

                                  Hi everyone,

                                  I was searching for handy sewing machine with foot pedal/adapter to buy online. And I found that in the site www.amazon.com too, but after selecting the product to the cart and was about to complete the process to check out( thank god! didn't pay the money yet), it shows that they don't have the option to deliver the product to the home.
                                  I don't understnd the logic as I reside @ chennai, what problem they have found not to deliver. Or they could have given an option to 'come and collect' at their office or brach or whereever it is.
                                  But They simply displayed 'delete the product from the cart or edit the items'. If they cannot deliver me to my home, what is the use of editing the items.
                                  They can simply make in their home page that they'll deliver/ship only to certain places/countries.

                                  Allt that half an hour I spent was waste of my time.

                                  I purchased a bling phone case cover from cell expressions and was charged 18.93 twice in my credit card for a purchase price of only 4.25 cents on-line.The cases were received broken and looked nothin as they appeared on_line. I would like these charges to be removed and my money back ASAP.I have told all my friends and family about this fraud and they will never use your service. Legal action will be taken if you dont do whats only fair in this matter ASAP. my email address is [protected]@gmail.com !

                                    I received my MC account activity statement and found that there was a charge of $47.68 dated May 11, 2011 from Amazon.com. The "used" books that I had ordered were very inexpensive...this charge of this amount far exceeds what I had agreed to. I hope to be notified of the result of this complaint. R.                                     Amazon why Im I being charged every month for something I havent order please stop charging my card and credit my account thank you 59.70 for two months
                                    just received my bill and there are two (2) charges dated 12/11/ for the exact same amount this is an error I would never order 2 things the same day for the same exact amount.One charge is fine please credit back to my account the $8.60 I never received 2 of anything

                                      these charges were made to my debit card without my AUTORIZATION.You will refund my account and stop stealing my money out of my account.The debit card number WAS [protected].My husband is at the BANK now canceling my debit card.What are you people doing taking money out of my account EVERYDAY?I am going to be contacting a lawyer Monday morning.I will sue you for FRAUD.

                                      Amazon MKTPLACE — fraud

                                      a charge of $39.99 was placed on my visa card,and i have never,ever bought anything from amazon. i want my money put back either into my account,or a check sent to me for this amount,or my bank and i are gonna file fraud charges against amazon mktplace since no authorization was given to take any money out of my acct. thomas harrison
