The Seller has not only sent me the incomplete order but charged me the full price for an item in the wrong size, only 1 instead of 2 in quantity and cheap polyester material instead of a cottom blend . which is completely false advertisement, bad business practice, fraud with item price tags and cheating customers openly without amazon reprimanding them to stop . Because I am not even allowed to post reviews about the seller knowing all too well amazon is protecting these illegal business practice that goes against their own company policies Ironically . I want my money back, No excuses or delays which amazon has done alot LITERALLY EVERY TIME I ORDER SOMETHING !

Ordered for 9XL 2 pieces, only got one in 3XL with a fake price tag which has a wrong size, body fit but Charges me FOR 2 ? Are these sellers trying to pretend to be stupid ? If you are going to try to scam and cheat customers, atleast do it better and make it less sloppy without the Fake price tag that screams 'HEY THIS IS A SCAM AND THIS PRICE TAG IS THE PROOF WE ARE NOT GOOD AT IT'

    This arrogant company sent me an used item thrice, twice from their own subsidiary company 'cloudtail' and once again from a different seller. This is the fourth used item i received in just a months time, along with a pair of shoes which are heavily used. Total waste of time.

      Hello, i am here about the ORDER #[protected]Procus Iris Car Dash Camera, FHD 1080P, 2" LCD Screen Video Recorder, 120° Wide Angle Lens, G-Sensor, Motion Detector, Loop Recorder, Expandable Upto 32GB)

      Purchased on 23rd April, and the dash cam stopped working within 12 days, and exactly 5 days after the return window was closed.

      I repeatedly contacted them through their website through the contact us section, then I also sent whatsapp messages to their business number ([protected]), then I sent emails to them by attaching the invoice and warranty slip. But no resolution and response.

      Also contacted the amazon chat agents, none of them took any sort of responsibility and authority. This is annoying as well as frustrating that I have to keep contacting here and there to get resolution as if that is my fault!

      And the recent amazon chat agent named Harshita too shed off the responsibility and gave no hope and help, why is the customer care there for? to get beyond the reach of consumers and help out, not to make them frustrated and helpless! Also after the chat she redirected to the blank page instead of the feedback page, maybe its deliberate so that i shouldn't be able to rate her low.. Too much fraudulent stuff going on here.

        I ordered oneplus earphone which was delivered with some problems so that i decided to return. 25 of april My order successfully pick up by wishmaster. Amazon Received the product and My refund (1999) was canceled by amazon and saying that the product which received was copy. This is not fare. I return original oneplus bullet earphone to amazon in its package. In this situation i losses 4000 rupees means 2000 product value at the time of purchase i have given to amazon and now I returned that to amazon. I have nothing
        Now amazon customer care saying they will not doing anything in this case and my call disconnected by care

          I made a subscribtion of an item to get delivery every month. Order was placed on 16 April 2022 and they get the payment but order still not dispatched which supposed to be delivered before 1 May.

              I ordered a product at 26 April. Estimated delivery time was 5 mMay. Product was not delivered to me and online status in my Amazon id is showing that product was delivered at 5 may.It was prepaid and yet not received.

                    I purchases a item from amazon fresh in amazon fresh the item prices was 657 rupees for 3 items which means one item price is 219 rupees each items, when i got the items i say the MRP price it was only 210 rupees each, what is the amazon giving me a fake MRP price and take my money from me

                      My money is not refunded yet...it's been a month..same thing every day with amazon, haven't got the reference id from the bank yet...wait 3 days...its been like this for 1 month ...this amount is more 4449 ..whereas the lesser amount got refunded immediately.

                            Ordered a Radha Krishna brass idol, but recieved a kurti .
                            Returned the item mentioning that wrong item sent.

                            When enquired for refund. I was told not refundable as original item was not sent back.

                            Now I have lost my money and also faced embarrassment cos of the wrong item sent

                              Rs 411.92 was deducted for movie ticket booking. The Payment was done through Amazon pay UPI. The amount deducted but the transaction failed and the tickets were not booked. I want a refund as soon as possible

                                Amazon Lost my goods from their fba warehouse

                                They created a removal order automatically and sent the goods, till date never received goods even though they are saying they completed the order.

                                Tracking number given is not valid, customer support claiming I'm putting a false claim.

                                But then where did the goods go?

                                Either provide or compensation or goods back.

                                  I bought ECHO STUDIO SMART SPEAKER product on 21.04, FOR RS 23000 it was delivered on 27.04.22 it is was a gift for my husband. he didn't like it, SO I wanted TO return it. But since then I'm only initiating return requests&the pick-up partner is nt coming2my door. Pickup partner is not even contacting me&id marking "product verification failed". How can he mark verification failed, without coming.4 return reqst failed. im fed up
                                  EVERYDAY I HAVE 40 MINS- 1 HRS HEATED ARGUMENT WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. BUT THEY ARE NOT HELPING.

                                    This is regarding order of wonderchef blender combo of 2 which i bought on Jan 12, 2022. Due to some problem in functioning in one of the two products, I applied for replacement which they failed to deliver and arranged for refund on return and return pick of the product was done on Feb 3, 2022 after lot of headache.
                                    Initially, the return pickup wasn't updated on the app and later they blocked my account accusing too many returns from the account.So I couldn't track the pickup/refund of the products. After lot many emails and calls the Amazon representative people told me that no product was picked up which later turned to wrong pickup of the order. When I asked from them to name the different product they picked, they said they can't disclose it and that they have sent to scrap.Despite calling them and emailing them repeatedly, their response remained same and eventually they stopped replying.
                                    It's too disheartening that my heard earned is being fixed by Amazon in such a way that I've not received any proof from their end against the accuse they have put on me.
                                    Kindly kindly kindly don't do this with people's hard earned money. I've attached the screenshot of the account where it's shown that they have received the products and initiate refund of the same but I've not received any refund yet, amount being ₹5290.

                                      A person name M s chauhan is fraudster. he told us that he is an Army personnel, and contacted me to buy a product on OLX and agreed to pay the asked price. He claimed that he is posted in near by Bangalore and he cannot come to take the physical delivery, nor can he pay the money in cash and hence, needs to transfer the money online. also he told that his wife will be coming to purchase the product at home. After striking a deal, he told that in army, we have different kind of payment method and he provided us the upi id then he told us to enter the Rs. 1 amount there and then he credited Rs. 2 in our account in order to build the trust. later he said that he will be paying us the money, but he actually without telling us has taken our money from our account. He guided us through the process tellling that army and government has such kind of process in Google Pay. Money, instead of being credited, gets debited from our account .
                                      he claimed that this was a mistake and that now he is again giving UPI id for twice the amount (to account for the money that has been mistakenly debited from ours account) but this time also the amount again gets debited from ours account. he was forcing, abusing and threatening us to repeats this exercise again.
                                      this is the complete case of fraud done by M s chauhan with us. without informing us he has taken our money, and not giving us back. he threatened me and my family. and now we are helpless. we become victim of this fraud and scam. we dont know where to ask for justice.
                                      we are requesting, please help us in this case.
                                      we hope this forum can help us and other victim like us to get the justice.

                                        When I call Amazon they'll tell it's credited but when I call bank customer care they'll tell to call amazon
