Hi team,

I received a damaged product from Amazon and the company refused to provide any resolution for it. The package seemed fine from outer appearance when i received it however, the face cream was smeared all over inside the package since the lid of the bottle was broken. I would request you if you could please help in this matter as i have tried to contact Amazon multiple times to resolve this issue and they are not cordial and behave very rudely on the call. Your help would be much appreciated if i could be compensated for this.

    I accidentally choose Amazon as company. I think someone from my family whose abusing the system with the power he has over police.

        You will come to know the real nature of a brand/person only when you face an issue with them. My all respect to a big brand, AMAZON is lost with this unfortunate incident.

        I got an email on 9th March from AMAZON stating that my account is locked due to some suspicious activity. In subsequent mails, they are asking to share an account statement of a card which I am not holding.

        Now I have a problem, lets see how I can reach out AMAZON.

        1. Searched, could not find an email address.
        2 Searched again, found a phone number.
        3. Called the number to see non sense IVR messages. IVR is not smart enough to understand my problem, also I could not talk to a customer care executive.

        I am stuck, the email I received was [protected]@amazon.com and I don't know what to do.
        Again searched, someone in Quora mentioned about the pathetic Amazon service and he suggests to connect via Twitter.

        Now to twitter,
        Put a tweet there and immediately received a templated/bot answer.

        On my response, it sounded like a person is answering by the signature, but the messages are more from a standard text.
        It looks like nobody cares about an unhappy customer like me who has been buying products from Amazon for last ten years and a prime customer from its inception in India.

        Now, I am stuck. Nowhere to go, cannot talk to a person or drop an email or write my query/complaint.. etc..

        SUCH PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM AMAZON...

          Hi,

          Had ordered a product on 19th Jan '22 order #[protected] which was a defective product. Post which a replacement was initiated, it was an hand to hand replacement, but an agent came and picked up the product w/o delivering the replacement. About 10 days later the replacement product came but was not handed over since replacement was not available at my end as this was already picked up.

          I've been chasing Amazon for past 3+ months asking for refund or deliver the product each time a new person comes online from large appliances teams making statements we have raised it to internal team please wait for 2 days, 7 days, 9 days, one agent even made a comment SLA is not breached and you want a solution.

          Today (22/3/22) i called again same story even if i ask to transfer the call to an escalation level there is no escalation person this is the highest level of escalation sorry cannot transfer, please wait.

          Every time a new agent same old story to be repeated and ask them to check history they have no clue what they need to resolve. Seriously frustrated.

          I need help either with a refund of INR 3999/ - (Purchase price) of product or deliver the product.

            I have ordered a smart watch in Jan I returned it to Amazon on 6 Feb and the refund issued by the Amazon is on 6 Feb but still I m not received my refund. I also contact to branch Bank of India ( St Mary school) but there is not any refund stuck in there system. Refund is of amount 4999.
            Refund refrence I'd issued by Amazon is[protected].
            Plzz help me ASAP

                  Sir my name is Deepak Gupta and i have bought ticket from amazon and the payment was failed but my amount was deducted from wallet and from my card on dated 9th March but my refund is not yet received till date. i have given reminder to customer care, but again not yet received any amount.                     My concern is as follows in a few steps .
                    01. I've placed an order "Xiaomi 11 Lite NE 5G (Vinyl Black 6GB RAM 128 GB Storage) from amazon.in, Dated: 25th Feb 2022.
                    02. Next I've faced (Heating Issue, Proxy during call, Battery Draining.)
                    03. I requested the Care/ Tech team to Replace or return the device, but no help.
                    04. Same Conversation continued day by day, yet no help,
                    On 6th March 2022 Mr. Salman from Tech Depart discussed all things & he advised me some steps to follow, he committed me after two days he'll call me but no call was made by him yet.
                    05. Dated: 11th March 2022 I called Amazon care & my call has been transferred to tech depart and i requested him to return my device and initiate my entire amount.
                    He discussed his senior team and agreed to return whether I asked him more than two or three times How much money would be credited then he told me step by step.
                    Rs. 4000 Basic value of your phone and Rs.5000 will be refunded into your amazon pay and Rs. !7, 099 will be refunded into your card.
                    Neither Rs.5, 000 nor Pickup Charge of Rs.100 credited yet after waiting a long time.
                    Since then till the team of Amazon made me totally Harass me.
                    I want my money back of Rs.5000 & pickup amount should be credited into my Amazon Pay ASAP.

                    Kindly refund my money asap.

                      I ordered a Lewitt LCT 440 Pure MIC on 11th March
                      I received my order on 15th March
                      But instead of Mic I got a headphones from Amazon
                      
I informed the Amazon Customer Service Center about this
                      And they told me that after investigating this in 5 days, appropriate action will be taken.
                      On the 19th March I spoke to the Amazon Customer Service Center
                      and they schedule my return and refund for date 20th march
                      But on the 20th when I spoke to the customer service center in this regard
                      they refused to accept and told me that the right product has been given by Amazon.
                      
Amazon Customer Service Center has collected an army of donkeys
                      All executives in the Amazon Customer Service Center give wrong information
                      One executive took my request for refund and another said that he took it by mistake
                      Why should a customer pay Amazon's fault?

                      I have given clear information about the wrong product which I have received along with the video o[censored]nboxing.
                      But Amazon is ignoring this and trying to prove me wrong based on the investigation done by their investigative team.
                      And when I asked for the details of the work done by the investigation team, they are refusing to share it.
                      And Sayong, who is a high official of Amazon, instead of giving me the correct information, he disconnected my call

                        Regarding order no :[protected].

                        I have ordered Hit mosquito bat on 12th Feb 2022.
                        Once product is delivered, i placed return request because I didn't like the performance. From then I discussed with multiple customer care executives and they have raised more than 6-8 pickup requests but no use. Everytime they will say that pickup will be done in next 3 days, else we will do call back and will provide advance refund. But there is no call back / no pickup / no refund. Simply for every 3-4 days, I am speaking with customer care and new pick up request will be raised and they will give same false commitments. Pls help on this.

                          I ordered an intel processor. They send me only fan, but not processor. I return the product they take from me at morning. At night, I log in to my Amazon account it's showing that your account has suspended.

                              I purchased a laptop worth 67k three days ago and today the price of the same reduced at 64990 INR at Amazon website. Although the price is as before ( 67k) at the brand website and other e-commerce sites. I contacted their customer care and they're not ready to provide me a return so that I can order the product again at current price. Also they don't want me to provide the balance as refund. It's really disheartening as I purchased it within less than a week. I understand prices may vary and go up and down, but one should also consider the time-frame duration. This makes me to never purchase any electronics item from Amazon in future.

                                I was tried to add a International gift card of 5 dollar but they msg varification failed and asking give statement but I told just delete card because, my original payment method is ICICI Amazon credit card issued by you and many other Indian credit card/ UPI, I used as a payment method. But they msg we decide to clsoe your account and no further comunication.
                                And I wrote the below matter from my registered email and from other email also but no reply till now. From grevience cell reply to my other mail we give reply from only from registered email id.
                                1.How I can reach to you through my registered ([protected]@rediffmail.com) mail Id, as many times I have mailed from that but you are not responding in my registered mail.
                                2. And amazon [protected] account is on hold so I can not login also, so cant chat online .
                                3. Many times I have talked to your customer care and every time they told within 24hrs to 48 hrs team will contact you, but nobody contacting for last 10
                                days..
                                4.I cant understand the problem of account to hold as it is a long run genuine account with prime membership and good relation wth you.
                                5. My ICICI amazon pay linked credit card rewards points always credited to this account.
                                6. I am sending some attachments of screen shot of mail I have sent to your team from my Registered mail ID [protected]@rediffmail.com for your
                                reference.But no reply.
                                Hope you have understand the serious problem and I believe you can resolve the problem.

                                  I ordered a shoe on 7 February 2022, name of the shoe is Skechers Men's D'lux Walker-Pensive Sneaker for rs 2805 /- which I did not like so I placed for refund. The refund was initiated on 11 Feb 2022. amazon guideline says it will be received in bank account by 14 - 16 February but did not received in my account. Amazon customer said that go to the bank with the reference number " The Refund Reference Number for the transaction is[protected]." So i went to the bank and refused to do anything with reference number also said we dont have any system which can check this reference number so i went and after again and again talking with amazon support. I again went to bank with a complaint but the bank manager said i wont accept this complaint because the problem is from the amazon and clearly said no. I would request for my refund in my bank account .
