You will come to know the real nature of a brand/person only when you face an issue with them. My all respect to a big brand, AMAZON is lost with this unfortunate incident.
I got an email on 9th March from AMAZON stating that my account is locked due to some suspicious activity. In subsequent mails, they are asking to share an account statement of a card which I am not holding.
Now I have a problem, lets see how I can reach out AMAZON.
1. Searched, could not find an email address.
2 Searched again, found a phone number.
3. Called the number to see non sense IVR messages. IVR is not smart enough to understand my problem, also I could not talk to a customer care executive.
I am stuck, the email I received was [protected]@amazon.com and I don't know what to do.
Again searched, someone in Quora mentioned about the pathetic Amazon service and he suggests to connect via Twitter.
Now to twitter,
Put a tweet there and immediately received a templated/bot answer.

On my response, it sounded like a person is answering by the signature, but the messages are more from a standard text.
It looks like nobody cares about an unhappy customer like me who has been buying products from Amazon for last ten years and a prime customer from its inception in India.
Now, I am stuck. Nowhere to go, cannot talk to a person or drop an email or write my query/complaint.. etc..
