I have placed an order of WALL SAJAWAT sticker with ORDER ID #[protected] on 5th FEB 2022 and the color specification in the product written was white whereas when it is delivered it is an off white which is completely a wrong product with their own specification.
Now they are neither replacing nor refunding my amount worth 2699.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I have placed an order for 24" FHD LG display in Amazon and it got delivered to me.

    I received 22" products and went back to amazon to check up on them.
    Where you select the model it says 24" but the description says 22".
    I asked for refund/ replace with 24". I'm ready to pay extra amout if needed as well.

    But amazon is saying that it's my problem and theycan't do anything about it.

          I ordered a product from Amazon for Rs 1822( COD) which i returned on 25th of Jan. The refund was to be processed till 30 jan in my bank account, but i haven't yet received the refund and refund has been completed from side of Amazon. It's more than 10 days now I've been requesting for refund.Please do the needful at the earliest.

            I have ordered a fossil watch in Amazon and it suppose to be delivered on Jan 26th, but rescheduled to deliver on Jan 27th. Package got delivered but item(watch) is missing in the package.

            I have raised a complaint with Amazon but I dint get a proper resolution. It is been said that it cannot be refunded or replaced.

            I need a resolution on this issue. I have got a empty package. I need my money back.

              Hi Team,

              w.r.t: Order No:[protected].

              i purchased a Gas stove from amazon for cost 2349rs and received a defective product, hence i requested for return and refund.

              They told my location not having return pick and asked me to send the courier and they will refund the product money and courier charges after receiving the product. also they given the instruction for sending courier.

              i clearly followed the instruction given to me for sending courier and sent the courier. but the amazon seller not received the product and it came back to my place again.

              i approached the customer care center, where in no proper responses, multiple time they disconnected the call. and one agent conveyed the return pick is available at my place and he facilitated, later checking the website i understand that am been mislead. when i questioned upon this they telling there is not option of return pick up and i need to send the product only via courier and i need to do it again.

              where in the seller denied to accept the courier what is the use of me in sending the courier.

              the courier charge is 500rs and i lost it first time. and asking to send again which is not the right away and there is no commitment of receiving the product.

              They not at all addressing this issue or accepting their fault. rather making me to suffer a lot. am been waiting for such a long time for my money .

              Please help me in getting my money back

                  Hi,
                  I returned a product 6 months ago but still I have not yet received the refund for the item.

                  I have called the customer care many times and every time they are saying it will be refunded in 3 days but still have not yet received the refund from more then 3 months.

                  I felt helpless as Amazon is not refunding the amount and there is no other way I can claim that. I have asked the customer care to raise a complaint and provide me with the ticket id but it looks like there is no provision at Amazon. I have been calling the Amazon customer care for more than 6 months but no result.

                    Ordered a Ajanta clock from vendor by name ETRADE MARKETING PRIVATE LIMITED who is Amazon Fulfilled ON 25th January 2022 order number
                    [protected] ) which is delivered on 28th, January, 2022 as damaged then a replacement was placed and delivered on 30th, January, 2022 order number[protected] .
                    Since the clock was good we ordered another on 4th, February, 2022 order number :[protected] from same vendor ETRADE MARKETING PRIVATE LIMITED again received as damaged then again placed a replacement and received on 9th, February, 2022 this time the delivery executive was very rude and he was shouting at me saying the product being returned is old one and duplicate and not the one he delivered for which i politely said compare the manufacture date, model and batch number for which he rejected and was more rude and threatened saying we will not deliver the goods next time and also he said i will see nobody else also will not deliver the goods we contacted Amazon on this and they were very casual and didn't provide any complaint number or email saying we initiated a inquiry and action would be taken. This conformed that Amazon engages unruly vagabonds as delivery agents ..

                        Dear Sir,

                        My name is anbuselvan from tamilnadu searching for parttime job which when i am in free time can earn extra income to run my family. I got a message from Amazon as you earn daily from 150 to 2000 which as per task performance. So, it will be a genuine company and started chatting through whattsup. first they told to pay 200 for 2 task and completed and received the payment. Next day they told pay 500 for 5 task and completed task and that payment also received. While 4th day told to pay 1000 for 7 task. after completing first 3 task and started to pay extra 5000 and then only you can go to next task, after each and every time recharging the payment and finish the task and completing task and while finished the task asked them through message they are saying finish the task and pay the payment Rs.32300/- and then only unfreeze the task till today i am not able to contact them or withdrawal amount. So, please take necessary action at the earliest to solve the issue.

                          I have been defrauded by Amazon delivery agent and it's customer service.

                          I had ordered an earphone that was not good, I created a return for it. Initially delivery agent did not come. I complained at customer care and after that delivery agent picked up my item on 16th.

                          I called the customer service 10 days later and they asked me to wait for 2 more days. I last called them on 28th Jan 2022.

                          They informed that item was not picked up. When I sent the confirmation of the puck up. Then they changed the subject and told me that they have received fraud item.

                          I don't have my item or the money that was paid to Amazon.

                          I have been cheated by Amazon and delivery agent.

                              I had placed my order on 17/01/2022 from Regd Mobile No. [protected] for IFFALCON Television and paid Rs.28, 990 via debit card.
                              And i cancelled my order on 18/01/2022 for size issue and the same was cancelled and my refund was initiated but still i haven't received the same till date 08/02/2022.
                              I tried to reach your customer care team they are just telling me to wait for more 5 days everytime i call them. They told me my refund is initiated but the refund reference number is not generated and I don think it take this much time to generate refund reference number.
                              I also raised this issue on twitter but there also your social media team is not responding on my tweets. Its been more than 20 days, this is how you cheat people by holding their hard earned money, i didn't knew this is what you do to your customer. It was my 2nd order with Amazon and it is my worst experience ever.
                              Infact I'm suggesting people not to use Amazon.
                              Tell me when i will receive my refund or else i will be left with no option but to file an FIR against you for cheating and fraud case for stealing money. This will lead to legal case also against you.
                              So try to close this matter as soon as possible.

                                I ordered my phone by Amazon Republic Day sale. I received the defected phone. I replaced it but received the used phone second time. Hence I asked for my refund.
                                The phone was returned on 3/2/22. Its been 6 days but I am still waiting for my refund.

                                  I have ordered an item on 4 feb and it was having scratches on screen and sound issue and even after complaint they have not returned it till now.
