Hi,
I am a new seller on the Amazon India platform, since day one none of my orders have been picked up by Easy ship personnel, and reasons are not known are communicated by Amazon. When I ask, they send an automated email and dashboard notifications, if I raise a ticked they close the ticked with an automated reply, there's no proper resolution. I have done advertisements on their platform to obtain those sales and ultimately when I have seles the pick-up is not supportive. They are forcing me to opt for their FBA or self-ship service which is not reliable with my products
