I have been ordering merchandise under an email "susan.[protected]@outlook.com, Tel: +[protected].

However, the merchandise DELIVERY notification is made to phone number +[protected], thereby violating the privacy of the customer, Susan Poulose.

Two weeks ago, I complained to Amazon India's Customer Service (by chatting). But no action has been taken by the company as to why Amazon India was violating he privacy laws of Inia.

Amazon should STOPP notifying delivery notification of Susan Poulose to phone +[protected].
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I have an Amazon.in account under the email george.[protected]@outlook.com.

    However, I have been ordering merchandise under an email "susan.[protected]@outlook.com" (for one of my friends), Tel: +[protected].

    However, the merchandise notification is made to phone number +[protected], thereby violating the privacy of the customer, Susan Poulose.

    Two weeks ago, I complained to Amazon India's Customer Service (by chatting). But no action has been taken by the company as to why Amazon India was violating he privacy laws of Inia.

    Amazon should STOPP notifying delivery notification of Susan Poulose to phone +[protected].

      Sir i have ordered a product epson l130 single function ink tank on 27 November 2021 Rs 10850, splashjet sublimation ink for epson l3110, l31115, l3116, l3150 Rs. 1099 on 27 November 21, and splashjet t664 refill ink for epson l130, l360, l380, l361, l565 Rs549. But i have not receive the product the courier made a cancel my order.
      Amazon gave me the reference id for refund on RRN ONUS20211205, ONUS20211204 AND ONUS20211206 IT was expected to come on 9 December 2021, 8 December 21 and 10 December for this three products but i have not receive the refund. Amazon has gave me the reference id ONUS20211205, ONUS20211204 AND ONUS20211206 but the state bank of india bank has not credited my money.
      This is urgent please help me as soon as possible. Thank you

        Hi, I have a request that I order an item from Amazon ( Flamingo R3 Bike with Rechargeable Battery Operated Ride on for Kids, Electric Bike [3 to 8 Years, Large, Red ) and my details are:
        Order date 29-Dec-2021

        Order total 5, 999.00 (1 item)
        and they doubled the price of my order and now it cost 12, 999 and instead of Bike that I ordered they delivered Eraser and Sharpner worth rupees 15 and now they are telling me that they will refund my money, this is clearly fraud so I request you to take some strict action and I don’t want my money, I want my item that I order in same price, that is ₹5, 999.
        Please help me and reply asap.

                  I have never buy any subscription of Amazon but this company deduct my 179 rupees for vsi Amazon. I don't know what is vsi even don't know the meaning of vsi. What the ### of vsi. Please return my money.

                        I have order the I KALL K16 Multimedia Keypad Mobile (1.8 Inch, Dual Sim) (Blue) but they delivered the different phone battery with this phone and I have raise a replacement process in the given period but they don’t delivered the replacement product than they started return process but no one is coming to pickup last more than 1 months I have called many times on this issue but they promised every time that the courier boy comes to pickup.

                            Amazon is not providing return and refund facility for unsatisfied product mobile phone. The Samsung m32 5g mobile delivered by amazon having poor display quality and I'm not at all satisfied with the product. Amazon India customer care is refusing return and refund of the product.

                                  I ordered my product for rs 850 and it was POD on November 17 and it arrived on 18 November And i scheduled my return on 22 November at 24 November Amazon picked up my order and then they intiated my refund on that same day November 24 and it showing refund credits to your bank account but still I don't get my refund

                                      On 27/12/2021 I ordered an item from amazon, i paid 4099using my debit card and money deducted from my bank.

                                      But, I cancelled the order, so amazon returned my money. By 31th december. the money must reflected in my bank account. But, till today no returned money can be seen in my account. What should I do?
                                      Amazon has given me return reference no to show the bank officials of my branch. I went there but they said they can do nothing and asked me to contact customer care of indian bank. But, they are saying contact to amazon.

                                      This is a cycle going around me. Please check the matter.

                                        Dear sir.,
                                        With lots of hope and feeling like cheated I'm writting this to you...

                                        I ordered a mobile(oppo Reno 6 pro 5g)from Amazon on 29/12/21..
                                        As I was out of town I requested delivery boy to drop the parcel to a particular place..
                                        At first he delivers wrong parcel and after 20 minutes delivery boy called me again and said that I have wrongly delivered some one else parcel to you kindly return the parcel and I will give you your parcel..
                                        After nearly 20 minutes he went to that shop where he delivered the parcel..and this time he took his parcel and give my parcel to that shop...

                                        After 1 day when I return from my village and opend the parcel it was a car mobile holder instead of mobile phone...

                                        After complaing and claiming of refund or exchange company assured me they will investigate this matter..after in just 2 days company stated that they have investigate this matter and found that mobile has been delivers to me which is completely false..and they can not help me further...

                                        I am helpless now... Pls look into this matter...
                                        I am planning to go to court and file a case against company for cheating...
