I ordered a product (infinity JBL earphone) but Amazon cancelled it and initiate refund in original payment method Debit Card [[protected]]
Order I'd is:[protected]
[[protected] ] & total amount is 549.00 INR .
The Refund Reference number is [30005113411341158067425].
But I didn't receive my refund yet . I checked my statement but bank didn't proceed the refund .
Below I attached the documents as prove.
Kindly take the necessary steps to provide my money .

    According to Amazon they initiated my refund of Rs 1899 on 23-12-21 which I was supposed to receive by 28-12-21 in my bank account but its been almost 2 weeks that that I haven’t received it . Amazon is claiming that it has been debited by them but my bank is not able to trace that saying that there is problem at amazon’s end and bank cannot do anything in this.
    Amzon is claiming that Refund reference number(RRN) is generated which is only generated after the transaction is successfully done.
    But bank is not able to trace the transaction.
    Neither the bank nor the amazon customer support is able to help.

          I was supposed to receive a cashback of Rs.50 on purchases of Rs.500 or more as per the cashback reward coupon received.

          I collected the reward and ordered from Amazon fresh purchases of Rs.506. But didn't receive cashback. I got in touch with customer service 4 times but they failed to send me the cashback. All they said was that in the next 24 hours I will receive my cashback. I didn't. I wish to register a complaint as I have given them ample chances.

          All screenshots attached as well as submitted to Amazon to verify.

Hold me rakhne ke baad bole ki deliveri boy phone nhi utha rha hai jab Esa kuch hota hai to hum 3 din ka buffer time leta hai to ap 9 November tak wait kro apka phone apko jarur mil jayega wrna apke paise wapis ho jayege tab tak ap apne ASS pass puch lijye meina apne ### pass sab se puch Liya kisi ko deliver nhi kiya 9 November tak meina wait kiya pr wha se na koi msg na koi response na koi call or deliver boy ko meina apne no.               I ordered a Firebolt Ring Smartwatch worth Rs 4999 from Amazon and when I received the box, all the documents were there but the smartwatch was missing. It was a new smartwatch so I made a unboxing video, the video is not very clear but the things shown there is sufficient to prove that the product was missing from the box. I immediately contacted the customer care of Amazon but no action was taken by Amazon team. I'm in a big loss since then. I already paid for the order and I was waiting for my order and Amazon didn't deliver the product to me. I don't know what to do now as I have paid Rs 5000 and received nothing out of the box. Please help me getting me the matter solved.

                    I made a transaction of 548 INR through Amazon pay on 19th Dec with merchant Urban company. I had to cancel this order and Urban company confirmed that they have refunded the money for this cancelled order back to my amazon pay account. But I never received this refund in my amazon pay account. Urban company says to reach out to Amazon pay for the refunds.

                    This is the 2nd time, I am facing the same issue of refund not getting processed back to my amazon pay account. If you check my bookings on 25th Oct 2021 at 1:10 PM there were duplicate transactions of 357 INR with Order ID : P[protected] and P[protected], that also didn't get refunded. Merchant Swiggy says that they have processed the refund for duplicate transaction and Amazon pay should refund it but I never received my refund.

                    This is highly discouraging and unprofessional. Request you to please look into this and get my refund.

                      Amazon delivery complaint

                      I had ordered a product on 4th of July 2022, which was to be delivered between 6th to 7th of July 2022. (Details)- tracking id[protected]COD ). I get a message on 6th July 2022 that It Has Been delivered. I get NO prior message of delivery and No phone call from Amazon about its payment during delivey. The package is NOT RECIEVED by me AT ALL. The address is same and clear.

                        Amazon cheated me,
                        They sold a crappy 8 years old product and are not accepting my return request.

                        I bought a Renewed Lenovo laptop on Amazon,
                        After receiving, when I checked the product,
                        This laptop Lenovo ThinkPad I ordered is defective. It's mousepad is not at all working, even after contacting the customer care and getting resolution regarding Diagnosis and even after completion of diagnosis, the mousepad/touchpad is not at all working.

                        I have contacted the customer care through both Chat and Call service.
                        Both the service agents disconnected my query without a resolution,
                        I even remember their names Hritik, prabina, aiswarya are the chat agents who disconnected saying we can't help you!
                        And they said for me to go to Service center to get service for the product.

                        When I visited the service center, the service center people said that it's minimum of 8years old and out of warranty,
                        If i want to get a service report, I need to submit the laptop and it will take around 10-14days to get the service report whereas Amazon's return window is only 7days.

                        So, in this way this Amazon people are making to keep the laptop one way or another and to pay for it!
                        I no longer want to pay for this crappy laptop.
                        This is my hard earned money,
                        Take this laptop return.

                        And it has many visible scratches and some of the rubber like structure in this laptop's side screen is ripped from it
                        And for a laptop with 16gb ram, it strucks too much like my old laptop which is of 3gb ram and almost 10 year old model.
                        I thought the renewed laptops will be minimum 6-12months old, so I thought of buying a renewed product.
                        But they have a sent a minimum of 3-4years old laptop with the old Lenovo logo over it.
                        That's too many defects

                        I have attached the videos & images of the laptop's condition and it's touchpad not working both the first time use and last time use.

                        I am being cheated with this product!
                        Please help me get this laptop return!

                                Amazon delivered me a different product which I immediately initiated a return request mentioning that I was delivered a wrong product. The product was collected the following day and my return was active . Upon reaching the team, after all returning the product amazon declined my query by saying I have returned a different product and now they are not refunding my money and saying they cannot do anything but keep the money . I request you to please help bring justice in this matter.

                                    I want to return product which i ordered, and my order is picked up on 27 december and expecting refund 3 to 6 days but today is the 8th day of refund expecting from amazon still not refund i.e SD card of 64gb i.e. of rs 648 pay on delivery which is not added to my bank account I hope that I will get my refund of Rs648 only uptill 8 january i.e.4-5 business days as it is told by Nida mam

                                      Hi,

                                      I have raised the warranty issue for my TCL TV with Amazon on 22nd December 2021. I purchased the product from www.amazon.in on 19th March 2019 and the product has 3 years of warranty. It stopped working on 19th Dec after which I lodged the complaint with TCL, their technician came and said that display has to be changed and since it is in warranty it will be done by TCL itself. In evening, I got a call from TCL that since I have purchased TV from amazon so the warranty was only 18 months and they gave it to me in written as well(attached for your reference) so they cannot change it without cost. I called amazon and logged the complaint(reference number - 8056), I uploaded all the necessary documents and amazon told me that the issue will be resolved within 48 to 96 hours. It's almost 14 days since I am following up with amazon and everytime they are saying you have to wait for 48 hours for the resolution. Need your intervention in getting my TV replaced or in getting the refund of the product.
