Amazon cheated me,
They sold a crappy 8 years old product and are not accepting my return request.
I bought a Renewed Lenovo laptop on Amazon,
After receiving, when I checked the product,
This laptop Lenovo ThinkPad I ordered is defective. It's mousepad is not at all working, even after contacting the customer care and getting resolution regarding Diagnosis and even after completion of diagnosis, the mousepad/touchpad is not at all working.
I have contacted the customer care through both Chat and Call service.
Both the service agents disconnected my query without a resolution,
I even remember their names Hritik, prabina, aiswarya are the chat agents who disconnected saying we can't help you!
And they said for me to go to Service center to get service for the product.
When I visited the service center, the service center people said that it's minimum of 8years old and out of warranty,
If i want to get a service report, I need to submit the laptop and it will take around 10-14days to get the service report whereas Amazon's return window is only 7days.
So, in this way this Amazon people are making to keep the laptop one way or another and to pay for it!
I no longer want to pay for this crappy laptop.
This is my hard earned money,
Take this laptop return.
And it has many visible scratches and some of the rubber like structure in this laptop's side screen is ripped from it
And for a laptop with 16gb ram, it strucks too much like my old laptop which is of 3gb ram and almost 10 year old model.
I thought the renewed laptops will be minimum 6-12months old, so I thought of buying a renewed product.
But they have a sent a minimum of 3-4years old laptop with the old Lenovo logo over it.
That's too many defects
I have attached the videos & images of the laptop's condition and it's touchpad not working both the first time use and last time use.

I am being cheated with this product!
Please help me get this laptop return!
