This is with respect to order :[protected] product : “CoverEx Silicone Rainbow Soft Slim Liquid Anti-Slip Flexible Shockproof Protective Case for Apple iPhone 8, 7 SE (Pink)”. Prove : 399 Rs.

My account is in Amazon : Archana.[protected]@yahoo.com

I returned this product as I was sent a different product on 22-Oct-21. The return was picked up by Amazon courier person. However I haven’t received any refund till date.

I called and chatted with Amazon and they misled me saying that I’m they had already processed the refund on Oct itself. Please refer to the screenshots attached. However the app clearly shows that refund has not even been initiated till date (2-Dec-21). It’s been 1.5 months since I returned the product!!

I called Amazon and they simply abused me and hung up!! I reached out to them on twitter and they haven’t even responded properly! I reached out to Andy Jassy and Amit Agarwal via their Amazon email, they haven’t responded to that as well.

This is purely daylight robbery!!

Kindly help provide justice! Amazon is cheating and looting customers!!

    But still, a refund was not received in my bank account after 10 days.
    But Amazon shows in the user Id that they clear this refund from his side.
    I contact the bank but the bank denied any payment pending related to my Bank Account.

        It has happened several times that Amazon service was below average regarding customer service. Everytime I have refund issue, they have never refunded my amount on time and everytime they end up saying contact your bank, I did that but there was no issue with my bank as other transactions were all smooth. Everytime there is issues with Amazon services. Please look into the matter and help me to get my refund amount as soon as possible.

          Sir/mam, I had placed a order for 3 pieces of curtains on 1st of November and I don't know how, but Amazon itself cancelled my order on 2nd of November and a refund is initiated for the same.. but today is 1st of December and I still don't get my refund my order no :[protected], I had called Amazon customer support several times but apart from solving my issue, they gave me baseless excuses, please help me I am too much tired of this.. Amazon don't even give me.. reference id yet..

            Amzon refund a amount on 09.11.2021 till now i did not get the amount in my Kotak mahindra acount, i spoke with bank customer care they are they cant trace the amount against that ref.

            amazon telling you raise a charges dispute against that transaction but bank people are telling there is no such a policy.

            Please help me

                Hi Team,

                I buy one product from amazon that is AC when i buy there is showing you will 5% cash back on product. when i got payment something showing there as well and showing you will get 1000 cash back due that i order AC from amazon. when not get my cash back i complain amazon and they provide me term and condition. where they are saying on ICICI bank amazon card there not 5% offer. i told when offer is not there than why its showing on payment page from that till from last 1 year i don't get any response.

                i want to there twitter page and written mails as well and provide same screenshot but never get response. when offer is not applicable why its showing there.

                  Sir i am order the hp pavilion laptop from amazon shoping app. The product warrenty is expired with in a month how could it possible product warrenty is start from the product purchase date. When i was order the product that time it shows the 1 year warrenty. I am order the product at 4 nov 21 & deliver at 9 nov 21. I was check the warranty after receiving product it will show expire on 8 dec 21. So i request resolve my problem.

                      Hi Team,

                      I am writing this complaint out of my bad experience with Amazon delivery.

                      What happened:
                      I ordered an item ( order #[protected] on 25-Nov-2021 and it was out for delivery on 30-Nov-2021 from Amazon delivery station, Kottayam, Kerala.

                      Then I was waiting for their call and but they did not call me. Finally they updated in the my order that "Carrier unable to contact recipient to arrange delivery. Please contact the carrier for next steps". Then I got the delivery agent number by calling customer care. I called the delivery boy, but his mobile was always busy.
                      Finally I prepared my mind to wait for 1 more day as it was told to me by the customer service agent that the item will be delivered next day.

                      I was waiting for delivery today and now all of a sudden, it is updated in the order that the order is cancelled and the item is being sent back to the seller. It was a shock to me as they did not even inform me about these actions.

                      I called customer service agent and he was not able to do anything for me. I then connected to his head a lady and she told ridiculously that she can do a refund today itself so that I can order it again and wait for 1 more week. This is not what amazon is known for. There is no customer satisfaction. I am not a mood to again order the same item.

                      Proper reason is not mentioned in the order. I had to call customer service and beg what really happened. This is really frustrating and disappointing that I had this bad experience from reputed Amazon.

                      what actually made me feel bad is that they don't even inform me about anything. I believe that I am supposed to be informed about such action on my order as I am the person who paid for it. I feel that amazon delivery does their job in their own way and willingness and the higher management of Amazon does not have any role here.

                      I am attaching the order details.

                      I am not going to buy a new product in Amazon until I am satisfied with resolution of this cancelled order.

                        I had ordered a product from Amazon India on 20/11/2021. It was marked as delivered on 22/11/2021 but I haven't received the product.

                        I called them and they said the product was delivered to your neighbour (Flat no 24). The said flat is empty for months. They said that they are raising an investigation and please call after 30/11/2021.

                        I called them today (01/12/2021) and they are saying the product was delivered to me at my place and they can't do anything.

                        They are themself claiming 2 different thing. They are not ready to to either provide refund or product. Basically we don't care attitude and I was talking to them and they are hanging the call because they have no answer to this cheating.

                          I have done a recharge of rs. 555/- thru Myjio app & there was an offer of 5% cashback if the payment is made thru Amazon pay upi.Truatimg the offer given I made the payment thru Amazon pay upi. However I didn't get the cashback & there are thousands of people like me who trusted the company & made the payment but didn't got cashback.Its a scam which runs in thousands of rupees.I talked with both the company but both of them are shifting the blame on each other.Secondly ispite of my complaint to the Reliance Jio executive they are still continuing the offer instead of withdrawing the offer. My plea has got unheard so request you to look into the matter.

                            Dear Sir / Madam,

                            My name is Ramesh Maurya and i had purchased INNO3D GEFORCE RTX 2060 Twin X2 6Gb Graphic Card from your website by Order#[protected] on 25th October 2021 amounting Rs. 59, 999/- which i paid from my credit card Rs. 57, 038.46 after Card Discount of Rs. 2960.54. So the refund amount to be Rs. 57, 038.46.
                            The parcel got delivered on 28th October 2021 and was surprised/shocked to see that the ordered product and the product i received was totally different. This was the first time where I have received some different product, so I requested for return on the same day through amazon.in website and also, I spoke with customer care where I explained them that I have received a different product and they asked me to send some pictures of the box and product. I did the same and they asked to cancel the return and wait for a day or two so that they track the original product.
                            Later on when I called them another day they said the order has been tracked and the product got delivered to you by mistakenly so now you can request for the return and the refund will be initiated once the package is received. The product got picked up on 2nd November and I waited for the refund. Next time I called them they said they have received the return package and the refund is initiated. On 8th November I called up again customer service for the refund and I was told that by 10th November the payment will reflect on your original payment method.
                            I waited and as usual I didn’t receive the refund, so I again contacted customer service on 13th November 2021 and spoke with Ms. Apoorva and she had transferred my queries to Accounts Department and asked me to wait 48Hrs and within 48hrs I will receive a call from Account Department, and they will refund the amount as the payment is hold by amazon. I was told that it’s a small issue and it will be resolved.
                            I didn’t receive any call so again I called up customer care on 16th November to check the status of my refund. I was told the matter is still getting investigated, he also said that they have an update dated 13th November (Saturday) that they will take another two weeks to settle the claim. He also made me speak to his manager where his manager told me that the refund was issued but the seller had denied the refund so his concerned team is looking into this matter and will investigate the matter. He also said with 2 week the resolution will be done and you will receive a reply from our concerned department.
                            Failing to receive any reply I called up today (25th November 2021) and I was told that he has to discuss the same with his account team he had sent me the tracking details and told me that the product has not been received by the seller so there is a delay in payment. I told them how I am concerned if the product is not delivered to the seller, from my end the product was picked up on 2nd November and I was promised to get the refund within stipulated time. I had asked him to connect me to someone superior. I was connected to Mr. Rohit (Senior Desk), I explained him the whole scenario and told him that I am still waiting for resolution, he told me that the previous agent had not worked on my case, so he is issuing another Case Id: D33105953 and had asked me to wait another 5 days for resolution.
                            Today the 5 days waiting period is over and I called up customer care to check the status and spoke with Ms. Keerti and asked her to update on the refund, but she bluntly responded that there is a remark for the said Ticket “That the Concerned Team had denied the refund – and the refund won’t be given” I asked her to make me speak to someone senior, but she disconnected my call. I again called up customer care and Spoke with Mr. Henry where he said that earlier there was a refund initiated but got cancelled for the reason unknow and had asked me to wait another 4 days and he will called back on 5th December.
                            Every time I call, I am asked to wait, I don’t know how many days it will still take for the refund. I am a genuine customer, and I am the one who is getting harassed by Amazon. Such kindly of service was never expected from a brand like Amazon.

                            I again say that the seller had accepted that he had sent a wrong product and i have an email for the same, but amazon is denying to make the payment.

                            I don’t understand to whom I should approach for help as it’s my hard-earned money. I am desperately looking for an assistance on this. Request you to do the needful.

                                I had made an order in Amazon yesterday, because of the low network I barely manage to make payment. I complete payment for the order as money got deducted from my bank account. After that I received a mail from Amazon that my order got cancelled, and I cannot track my order.                                     I ordered a product ( Lotus Professional Phytorx Whitening & Brightening Crème & Face Wash 50g+80g ) on[protected] Order I'd :[protected] & the amount is 760.00 .
                                    Amazon cancelled the product & hold my account without any reason & even didn't proceed my refund .

                                      I had ordered a mattress on 23 Nov 21 from Amazon which was supposed to be delivered between 25-29 nov. From last 2 days it has been showing today as the delivery date. The mattress has still not reached my place on 29 Nov. They have extended the date of delivery by five days which shows that they are incompetent.

                                        I ordered Harrisons 45 lit laptop bag of worth 3299/- and received gym duffle bag worth 1499/- !! I applied for return and again ordered laptop bag. I invested 3299 rs two times but for 2nd time also, I received completely wrong product !!! Both the products are not being picked up yet. And on App, they are saying pick up FAILED !! I want my refund back.
