Dear Team Amazon,
I am Ravendra Gupta and I am regular customer for amazon.
I ordered a One plus Nord 5g Phone {Grey With 12 gb RAM and 256 gb storage} worth INR- 29, 999/- Order Id:[protected] Dated[protected].I ordered this phone through my friend Pushpendra Tiwari's Amazon Id. Till last month july 2021 it was working absolutely fine, but suddenly the screen was started continuous blinking and phone display was not visible properly. I have tried normal trouble shooting like switch off and switch on but still phone was not working properly. i called Amazon Customer Care and they suggested me to go to One Plus service centre next day I visited One plus Service centre for that time technician resolved the concern and phone started working fine. After some days the same thing happened and I had to visit service centre again, but still i am facing the same issue with this phone.
Therefore I am writing this mail to Amazon, as I am a loyal and regular customer to Amazon so I know Team Amazon will understand my concern and resolve it ASAP.
I am really feeling frustrated as I bought this phone from Amazon by paying my hard earned money.
As you guys use the tagline Amazon "Apni Dukan", So I request team Amazon That I just want replacement of this One plus Nord 5g Phone {Grey With 12 gb RAM and 256 gb storage} defective phone with the same new phone without any defect.
I hope amazon will resolve this concern ASAP.
Invoice of phone warranty paper and video evidence of technical has been attached with this mail.
Kindly look into the Matter and do the needful.
