How I get refund of my payment

My order was not delivered to me by a delivery boy. I have paid all the payment of this to amazon in advance. In this regard I have filed complaint to Amazon. But not satisfactory response. So, please never purchase any mobile with exchange policy with Amazon. because his delivery boy deliberately make issue with your old phone and wants ... for exchange. I request all of you never pay in advance to Amazon...

Deliberately challenge my old phone

I have booked a new mobile vide ID No. SPTP[protected] with your company with exchange. But at the delivery time, delivery boy deliberately challenge my old phone. I assure your company my old phone is original and in best condition. He demands me Rs. 500/- for pasting rear panel. While my real panel is original make by Nokia.. He again said if I pay captioned amount than he adjust this. He wants some money for this exchange.. In this circumstances...

Empty box delivered. Entire product was missing !

Cheating customer with delivery

Hi,
I have placed a order in Amazon APP.
Order date
02-Jun-2021
Order #

When I placed the order, the shows that it will be delivered by 6 June,

Still now the order is not dispatched. So I called the customer care they are telling it will be delivered only by 12 June.

I did not agree that the delivery date was 6th June when I ordered. br...

Amazon not refunding my money even after 1 month

Myself Karabi Dutta. I ordered a product from Amazon on May 1, 2021 amounting rs. 409. When I received the product on May 3, 2021 I saw that the product was not the same that I ordered. Laptop Refund Pending

Dear Team,

Received a broken laptop from Amazon.in through unique store their seller. Last one and half month they promise to pick up and last minute cancel the pickup saying not ready. Looks like a staged fraud to cheat me and not pay my refund. Please help me to get my refund.

Refund issues for amazon

Yippee noodles

I got 2 packs yippe noodles and I start cooking process when i open the pack alots of white worms 🐛 are there omg i really scared how could we eat this it was disgusting...so plzz give us a healthy nd fresh things . My name is Sudha Mishra .I have paid an amount of Rupees 379.00 to Amazon India through my UCO debit card ( which is connected to my UCO bank) on 21/05/2021. Afterwards on 23/05/2021 i cancelled my order due to some issues. The refund of rupees 379.00 from Amazon was credited into my account on 25/05/2021. I want refund because my product not yet delivered but app is showing the product has been delivered

Please give me solution as soon as possible. Problem - On 20/05/2021 i am ordered amd ryzen 5 3400g from the
