@amazon am a regular customer for the Amazon buy now am very upset for the service of amazon. Last week I ordered child electric ninja bike i received on 27 july after checking the product some part is missed on the product I asked for the replacement but they told me that I need to return it by self return from outside courier. So made the self return after 5 days still it's not reached the place now the professional courier telling that the seller addess doesn't have deliver limit . Am facing lots of issue in this very worst service from the Amazon I brought from them but I need to sent it to the seller means then why Amazon. Amazon not ready to get back the product from me.

    I purchased the Dell laptop with below details

    While i was checking for the Warranty update from Dell website it shows its already expired on 27th of March 21.

    Can you either replace the laptop or renew it quickly.

    Need your response immediately else will go for legal proceedings.

        I ordered a suitcase from Amazon. I was waiting for it and when i checked the status it is showing as cancelled and they are saying they sent the order to wrong carrier by mistake. Now the product is higher by around 2000 rs. I ordered for 3300 and it is 5200 now. Neither they are giving ne the product nor differential amount. They are saying order for higher amount. Please help me i need the product but paying 2000 extra for there mistake is not fair. Please help me

          On 17/07/2021 I made an online order to the merchant Amazone for Vegetable seeds for 439/-rs & payment of it was done through Canara internet banking mode... Amount deducted soon after it but on a few minutes amazone sent a mail of Order cancellation for the reason of Failure payment & amount wil be refunded if duducted... No amount refunded so i complained twice to the concerned bank throught online service. The resolved & closed the complaint by giving supportive description that gateway transation was successful & the same amount is credited to concerned merchant.. When i called back to Amazone care the told amount not credited to us... So plz resolve the problem & refund the amount

            I had ordered product on amazon on 15 july, 2021 paid 787/-. 20 july it got delivered. I filed return and picked up on 21 july, 2021, refund initiated which they promised me to be credited till 26 july, 2021 which is not credited to my Pnb account till now. Contacted amazon as well as pnb, visited pnb branch several times, nobody turning up. Amazon saying problem at pnb end. Pnb saying amount not received so amazon needs to be instructed to reinitiate the amount. Please help.

And on 17 july 2021 amazon initiated the amount to my account but still didn’t get the money. Amazon sent the reference number[protected] . So please kindly respond to this complaint its very urgent

                I made an attempt to pay my credit card bill of Rs.13862/- through Amazonpay on 17-07-21. The amount was deducted from my bank account and I got a confirmation SMS from my bank. The transaction was succesful but Amazonpay declined the amount and money was not credited back even after one week. So I contacted the Chat Support and the executive assured me that the money will be back in my account by 27-07-21. But that was false assurance as the money was not credited back. So I made another chat with another executive on 27-07-21 and he assured me that the money will be back today ie..27-07-21 itself and if not credited to reach him back and he will help me with "exceptional ways". He assured me that he is making a note of the same and will make sure that this is addressed in a priority basis for me. But till today ie..31-07-21, nothing has happened and all that I got are false assurances. Now they are saying it is the bank's fault

                  I gave an order (order id:[protected]) which i was about to get by 30th july but neither i got my delivery nor i got my money back.Either you deliver my order or return my money..same thing happened with me few months back. but i didn't get my parcel or money back.i left the matter 1st time but not always.. So i request either you deliver my order or return my money..

                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                    I am Mahendhar Reddy Pisati, Amazon Prime member ([protected]/Mahi.[protected]@gmail.com). I have ordered crocs Women's Sienna Flat W Gold Slipper-W[protected] on amazon Prime day sale Sold by Cloudtail India and Fulfilled by Amazon. and it has delivered on 29.07.2021 and size is too large so want to exchange that product but exchange option not available, only return & refund option showing in app.

                    For this issue i have made many calls to customer care and spent almost 6-7 hours to get solution but i didnt get any solution from customer care

                    I want exchange option in my app & i dont want refund because as per Amazon return & exchange policy, its clearly mentioned that You can exchange this item for a different size/color or return for a full refund.
                    Note: I have read terms & conditions of Return & Exchange policy before purchasing only . the terms & Conditions are enclosed with attachment.

                    Now i requesting you only exchange the product ...prime day price is huge difference with today price and how can we accept refund. if you not able to exchange the produce than compensate todays price.

                    ONLY OPTION IS exchange product or provide difference amount should be added to amazon pay balance of Rs. 1239/[protected]=1239/-) & balance 980/- refund credited to original payment method.

                    Amazon is cheating customers by misguiding/misleading/providing false information/commuting fraudulent information...etc. (Refer enclosed attachment)

                    If not resolving the Issue with reasonable time than we will sue in court of Law & proceed with legally because we have right to demand. we have purchased product based on Return & Exchange policy

                      Please help me,

                      Order total – Rs 58909.00
                      Scheduled delivery date-8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
                      Wednesday, June 30
                      Product- Samsung 551 L 2 Star ( 2019 ) Frost Free Double Door Refrigerator(RT56K6378SL/TL,

                      Payment – Credit card.
                      As per order mail, scheduled delivery for this product was on june 30, 2021 so I planned accordingly but did not receive product.
                      After 30 june I complained to customer care for which every different customer agent kept on saying different things.
                      I complained coustomer care more than 10 time and each time different timeline was given to delivery of this product.
                      After escalating till 19 july, I have received call from Aruna(ECR team member of amazon) and she assured me that do not worry your product will be shipped and wait for 2-3 business day.
                      As per conversation I waited till 23 july but did not get any update regarding shipment of this product.on 24 july, I called to customer care to get that update of this order then knew that cancellation of this order is already initiated.
                      I asked why cancellation of this order is done without informing us then customer team agent told me that “ECR team is handling this issue and he can only provide any information regarding this issue” I asked to transferred this call to ECR team then customer team agent told me that “call can not be transferred and ECR team will call back you within 24 hours.I waited for 24 hour but did not receive any call then I started contacting again by call, mail and social media twitter for contacting ECR team.
                      On 26 july amount is refunded to my credit card account and received call from Aruna (ECR team meber of Amazon) and she told that “I was on leave, sorry for difficult series of event”. I asked for compensation and she offered gift card as a gesture of goodwill also but I did not accepted because I was very less amount compare to loss happened to me due to mistake of amazon. I am expecting some more compensation..

                            please note : Due to this COVID people are taking undue advantage of their customers'. Calling them from dummy/false contact numbers pretending to be Customer Care of Amazon, and many other companies etc, . where we try to contact these companies, there is no option to press to talk to customer care or even if there is in some companies, they don't receive the call or don't reply to my mails as if it has been mentioned or told prior to someone not to receive or reply to particular numbers or e-mail IDs. If I am ordering from Amazon, Flipkart or any other shopping website, since last many years and in last 2 years happening more that I get wrong colored or wrong sized product deliberately, thinking that I may return it or replace it. while communicating with customer care nowadays I get fake calls as customer care where explaining for several times through phone or e-mails, my issues don't get solved. 1. Fake/ dummy calls of customer care boys/girls. 2. The delivery agents boys come at any time either at 7 am or 8 pm afterwards. 3. Crushing or tearing my online ordered product's packages - boxes / bags before delivering to me, so that I shall return the package and waste my time in it. 4. Deliberately contacting the person's where I order my products online and telling them to send wrong colored products or wrong size products. This happened when I tried ordering from Facebook account. 5. Forcefully asking me to pay by card or online even if my orders with the email ID [protected]@rediffmail.com +91 [protected] or with my father's & mother's joint Amazon account. 6. By grouping with society security guards, delivery boys mistalk with me. I already have lodged complain against cyber crime, e-mail and other accounts hacking, gmail accounts, paypal, skrill, facebook, social media accounts hacking & fake accounts creating, controlling the websites or customer care where I try to work or shop online by stalking, abuse on the name of religions, languages, castes, marriage, career, simswap by misusing my IDs from such platforms or mobile network provider service centers by making groups and contacting some people from my (Dombivli, Thane, Kharghar, Kolhapur) city, neighborhood, schools, colleges, jobs, classes, relatives as these wanted to ruin my career, marriage, reputation, character, contacts, where they failed in doing so, so they are doing it even more as if these have rights on me or my parents or things which I do. As per their thinking I need to keep contact to such groups of boys, girls, men, women whose name I will mention for further investigation, where these can do any crimes of abusing a girl (me), listening her personal conversations, using her government identity cards, stalking her, imitating her only, ruining environment of wherever she goes jobs, classes, social media, contacts. My lodged police complaint is still not been solved. These particular group of people don't let me contact to anyone or go ahead by my own in my career or marriage or creating my own teams/contacts, reputation, social status. I was living in Dombivli in my parents house and I have shifted in Kharghar in my parents house only on 27th February 2020. My parents along with my brother shifted to Kharghar in August 2017. Wherever I am living, people living in front of my window stalk me or people living above or below our apartment stalk me, my internet activity, in this sense many unwanted boys with the help o[censored]nwanted girls try to ruin my pure character, reputation, image, abuse me verbally, physically, socially, economically on the name of marriage, career, religion, languages, caste and so on. I am correct and these people are wrong and doing unlawful activities which can be seen in every proof I will upload. Kindly understand my concern and resolve my issue ASAP. It would be of much help.

                                I had given the order for RENPHO Leg Massager, Air Compression for Circulation Calf Feet Thigh Massage, Sequential Boots Device with Handheld Controller 6 Modes 4 Intensities, Helps SwellingFoot Massager on 4 July 2021 (Order#[protected] Rs. 8999/-. The order was to be delivered to Delhi. When delivery boy came, the packet was in torn condition and there was very light waight as if nothing is inside. We therefore refused to accept and we returned the same. We wrote many complaints but nobody bothered to reply. Today on 28.7.21 we talked to Ms.Riya and Mr. Vinayak Superviser New Delhi. But Mr. Vinayak seems to be so reluctant to attend the complaint. He informed us send complaint on above email id. We made several calls but not attended. Again we called on 30.07.2021 they straight away refused to refund my amount. Kindly look into the matter.

                                        May be the Amazon largest e commerce company in india but it is worst in case of customer service .
                                        I placed an prepaid order on 25 june of boat rockerz 370 headphone amount rs 1199, of this amount I payed ₹ 46 from my Amazon pay balance and the remaining ₹1153 from my debit card .
                                        I cancelled this order after few hours and refund of ₹46 of Amazon pay came on time but amount of ₹1153 which should be credited in the account in 3 - 5 days didn't came even after 10 days . So I decided to contact my bank 🏦 and for locating the amount bank demands reference number with which i am not provided by the Amazon .
                                        After all this I contacted Amazon customer care more than 5 times in duration of 3 days and now it's been more than 1month I was calling them for the reference number and getting no resolution with no assured reason of delay .
                                        Amazon customer care simply told me that they will forward this message to back end team .which will later mail me the reference number .
                                        Didn't expect that their back end team is on sleep from the past 1 month .
                                        By seeing their type of behaviour it looks like the Amazon doesn't care about the inconvenience of their customer, their only focus is to make profit whether it is through the coffin of their customers.
                                        Is this the behaviour of the company which claims that it is the Earth's Most Customer-Centric Company.

                                        Took at least 1 week for refund to came in account but I think contacting Amazon customer care repeatedly also helps .
                                        Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
