I am writing to file a complaint against Amazon India regarding an incomplete order. I ordered a Nike Man tracksuit on October 8, 2023, with Order Number[protected]. Upon receiving the package on October 14, I noticed that the package felt lighter than expected. I immediately reported this concern to the delivery person, who advised me to contact Amazon's customer care. However, to my dismay, when I opened the package, I discovered that only the upper jacket was included, and the lower pants were missing.
I promptly reached out to Amazon's customer care to report the issue and was informed that an investigation would be conducted, with results expected by October 18th. During this waiting period, I took the initiative to check product reviews, only to find that many other customers who had purchased the same tracksuit had also received incomplete orders, consisting of only the upper jacket.
On October 18th, as promised, I contacted customer care to inquire about the investigation's outcome. I was informed that a refund would be issued upon return of the product.
As a loyal and regular Amazon customer, I am disheartened by this experience, as it is the first time I have encountered such a problem. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. I believe the evidence supports my claim for a refund or the missing item's delivery.
