I'm writing to report an issue with my recent order Order ID:[protected] Order placed on 29th March 2025, which was marked as delivered on April 2nd 2025 but have not received it.

I have checked with my neighbours, delivery location, and tracking details but the package is missing. I kindly request your assistance in either locating the package or issuing a refund/replacement.

    I ordered an MSI GeForce RTX 3060 Ventus 2X 12G OC graphics card (Order ID:[protected] on March 12, 2025, from Amazon.in for ₹28, 049. On March 16, 2025, I received a used, dusty GPU fan instead of the ordered product, with no invoice. I immediately contacted Amazon support, provided photographic evidence, and escalated the issue to the Grievance Officer. However, they refused a refund, citing "internal investigation results" without evidence. The final response on April 6, 2025, claimed the correct product was delivered, but no proof was shared, and the case was closed (Grievance Number: 6948034 on INGRAM). This violates my rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (Section 2(9) — defective goods, Section 49 — refund rights). I request Amazon India to either provide the correct product or refund ₹28, 049. Attached are photos of the defective item and correspondence.

      Respected Sir/Madam,

      I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Amazon India regarding a serious issue related to poor product quality, return of the product, non-receipt of refund, and wrongful blocking of my account.

      Details of the Complaint:

      1. I had placed an order on Amazon order number[protected] for peter Enland formal shirt

      2. The product delivered was of very poor/defective quality, completely different from what was advertised.

      3. I initiated a return for the same and returned the item as per Amazon’s return policy. The return was picked up by Amazon’s logistics partner on 03/22/2025

      4. However, despite returning the item, I have not received any refund amount to date.

      5. Additionally, Amazon has blocked my account without any valid explanation or prior notice, making it impossible for me to contact customer care or track the refund status.

      6. I have tried multiple times to reach out to their customer support team but have received no satisfactory response.

      This behavior is highly unethical and amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practices under the Consumer Protection Act. I am facing financial loss and mental harassment due to this.

      Relief Sought:

      1. Immediate refund of the amount of Rs. 1199.00 to my original mode of payment.

      2. Reinstatement of my Amazon account.

      3. Compensation for inconvenience and harassment caused.

      4. Any other relief deemed fit by the Hon’ble Court.

      I am enclosing copies of the order receipt, return confirmation, and screenshots/emails of communication with Amazon, if any, for your reference.

      Kindly take necessary action against the company and provide me with justice.

            On 19 Mar 25, vide order no.[protected] I had placed an order on Amazon.in website for an Ayurvedic medicine named "Gokshuradi Guggulu-80 tablets". I have received a wrong medicine named "Vatkulantak Ras". On complaining, it says 'item not under return policy'. There is no option to say that it is a 'wrong item delivered requiring refund or replacement. This is ridiculous. Firstly, the wrong item is sent, there is no option to say that wrong item delivered and lastly the Amazon says 'Item not under return policy. This is too much. Indian customers are being taken for a ride causing serious harassment.

              I had ordered 2 wash basins with faucets as per product description on the Amazon site. However, wash basins were delivered without faucets. I had lodged a written complaint by email also. I wish that faucets which were not delivered be delivered.

                4) On apporval, item was picked up on 07 Mar 2025 by Mr. Arsad Khan on 07 Mar 2025 at 17.40 Hrs. We have CCTV footage too.
                05) Today it is 21 Mar 2025 and we have not got any refund till date.

                  I am writing to formally report an issue with my recent order placed on Amazon India. I ordered a Suzuki SCX-48 Chromatic Harmonica (Order No.[protected], a high-value item costing approximately ₹12, 000. However, upon checking the delivered package, I was shocked to find that it contained an old, empty box of a different harmonica model instead of the ordered item.

                  When I checked the order status online, it stated that the product had been delivered successfully. However, what I received was clearly incorrect and appears to be a fraudulent shipment. I have attached pictures as proof of the incorrect item delivered.

                  I am a loyal Amazon customer in the USA since 1998 and have always trusted Amazon for reliable service. However, this experience with Amazon India has been deeply disappointing. Given the circumstances, it appears that I have been scammed, and I expect immediate action to resolve this issue.

                  I request an urgent resolution to this matter by either:

                  Sending me the correct product immediately, or
                  Issuing a full refund for my order
                  Please escalate this issue to the appropriate team and provide a prompt resolution. I trust that Amazon values its customers and will take the necessary steps to address this case fairly and efficiently.

                    This is regarding order No[protected]
                    I had ordered Amazon choice/ Prime product - Atomberg Renesa Prime 1200 mmBLDC Ceiling Fan on 13th March which was supposed to deliver o 15th March. Amazon delivery partner did not attempt the delivery and udpated fake status as delivery attempted and returned. When I raised escalation to Amazon customer service, they apologized and guaranteed that it is now scheduled to deliver in the 16th March morning. On 16th march status is showing out for delivery since 9:31 AM and it is not delivered thorough whole day and status changed to delivery date 17th march . On 17th March status is showing out for delivery since 8:22 AM and suddenly at 2:45 pm, they cancelled the order stating that 'item rejected by me' - Although I haven't received the delivery, they cancelled the order updating fake comments. Being a prime member, such worst service never accepted. This is total scam happening on Amazon India - changing the delivery status and cancelling the order as per their convenience.

                      I ordered a product from Amazon India, but the seller provided incorrect product details and then delivered the wrong item. Due to this, I had no option but to initiate a return request.
                      • The return was picked up on March 1, 2024 (Amazon Return ID: DnylzCxzRRMA).
                      • Order ID:[protected]
                      • Even after 14 days (March 14, 2024), there is no update on my refund status—neither on the app nor via email.
                      • I have contacted Amazon support multiple times, but no one is providing a clear response.

                      The question is, how can a normal customer handle such a situation? Not everyone has the time or patience to repeatedly follow up for their own money. How many customers actually go through this long struggle to get their issue resolved? Does this mean Amazon simply doesn’t care about individual customers, despite the fact that its entire business depends on them?

                      Expected Resolution:
                      • Immediate update and processing of my refund.
                      • Better accountability from Amazon support in handling such cases.
                      • Assurance that customers won’t have to go through such frustrating experiences in the future.

                      Amazon needs to recognize the frustration that customers face due to poor seller practices and lack of proper support. If this is the level of service even after a return is successfully picked up, what should customers expect in the future?

                        Hi Sir, I ordered the product 5 in quantity for each order for which I made 4 orders. Rs 747.5 for each order(Order #[protected], Order #[protected], Order #[protected], Order #[protected] for which transaction Ids are[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected]Total paid amount 2990 The product was not delivered to me. I called them to reschedule the delivery. They told they have not option other than refund and assured me to get it paid fully within 24 hrs. The paid amount not got refunded as promised. I am not using cash back or amazon pay bal or any app or never used. Now I want the same amount to pay for the product from another site. Out of the 4 only 1 order got paid and that too not fully only 687.5 on 3rd Jan. I contacted customer care, one of the agent arpita told "I am refunding you rest money" . for one order fully refunding and for the rest of the orders Rs. 60 is initiated(Please refer the chat conversation attached ). Today(9-Jan-25) when I checked for only 1 order the amount is fully refunded. For the rest of the orders 687.5, 652.5 and 687.5 respectively .No. Rs .60 has bees added to my account as promised. I called customer service they tell they cannot do anything as they chose cash back at the time of refund wher I was assured no cashback and will be fully paid back to my account and the simply blah blahing not responding responsibly. I want the amount back to my account as I paid it fully through bank. I not going to use cashback or paybal as I dont want it. I am not having the money when I need it. How can they play with my money irresponsibly? Please help me put my money back to my account and not cashback. Out of Rs2990 I paid only Rs 2775 is refunded. The rest of the amount Rs 215 is unpaid or I want it back to my bank account. Please help me settle the amount. Thanks and Regards, Elza Jose

                        I orderd probiotics "nutrabud 50 billion cfu" 5 in quantity in 1 order and like that 4 orders were made each of Rs 749 on 31 dec 2024 . total Rs 2990. Out of that Rs 2775 only refunded. I specially confirmed with CSR that I want full amount back to my account and not cashback as item was not delivered. I had talked with multiple CSRs but the simply reciting some statements they learned not even listening.

                          I ordered a Candes Ceiling Fan from Amazon on February 23, 2025, but instead of the correct item, I received a wrong product, which even had a Flipkart label on the box. This clearly shows that Amazon sent me an old or resold item.

                          I immediately requested a replacement and returned the wrong product on March 1, 2025. However, Amazon has falsely claimed that I returned a different product and has denied my refund.

                          I have photo and video evidence proving that I received and returned the exact wrong product that Amazon sent me. Despite multiple calls, emails, chats, and escalation to their specialist team, Amazon keeps repeating the same response:
                          "Our investigation is done, and we cannot provide a refund."
                          They also refuse to share the investigation report or proof for their decision.

                          This is a clear case of fraud, unfair trade practices, and deficiency of service.

                            I, Dheeraj Kumar Aggarwal, placed an order for a Samsung 1.5 Ton 3 Star AI Inverter Smart Split AC from Amazon India on[protected]. The product listing at the time of purchase clearly mentioned a cooling power of 5.2 kW. However, upon receiving the product on[protected], I found that the delivered AC has a cooling power of 4.40 kW, which is significantly lower than what was advertised.

                            Key Issues:
                            Misleading Product Information: The product description initially showed 5.2 kW cooling power, but after delivery, Amazon modified the listing to reflect 4.40 kW, attempting to cover up the misrepresentation. However, the product images still show 5.2 kW cooling power, proving the deception.
                            Failure to Provide Resolution:
                            Amazon refuses to take responsibility and is demanding a job sheet from Samsung.
                            Samsung has declined to provide a job sheet, stating this is a misrepresentation issue by the seller, not a technical defect.
                            Violation of Consumer Rights: The delivered product does not match the advertised specifications, violating the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (Unfair Trade Practices & Deficiency in Service).
                            Proof of Fraudulent Practices:
                            Video proof of the product listing at the time of order showing 5.2 kW cooling power (YouTube Link).
                            Invoice confirming the ordered model.
                            Screenshots of the current listing, which still shows 5.2 kW cooling power in some places while misleadingly stating 4.40 kW elsewhere.
                            Relief Sought:
                            Immediate replacement of the AC with the originally advertised 5.2 kW model.
                            Strict action against Amazon India and Dawntech Electronics for deceptive trade practices.
                            A directive to ensure sellers do not alter listings post-purchase to mislead consumers.
                            Despite multiple complaints, no satisfactory resolution has been provided. This is a clear case of consumer fraud and cheating (IPC Section 420). If my grievance is not addressed within 15 days, I will proceed with a formal consumer court case.

                                I purchased sofa from Amazon India in the month of August 2024. I paid 14790 rsIn 3 months spam it's torn..leather is tearing where ever sit. Quality is worst. I complained and claimed about warranty as I have 1 year warranty on Feb 10th. But all Amazon customer care executives false promises and just passed the problem to one another as they are telling seller has to do it. But seller is not ready to replace it. Just he is telling he would repair. But the quality of product is worst and again if it tears I should fight. So it has to be replaced.
                                Till today amazon did not resolve it. Today they escalate the matter to senior level and he is telling me to wait another 3 days and return is not possible. But for all 20 days they asked me to wait and dint give me solution.
                                With so much of difficulty over the phone contacted customer care and call transferring to one to another, explaining stories to every executive and no resolution.
                                They wasted my valuable time and making me wait for 20 days.
                                So please provide proper solution and compensation.

                                    I have had a very bad experience of buying large appliances like furniture from amazon.
                                    The sellers may be good but the amazon delivery system for large appliances is very poor.
                                    They simply don't tome to your place from last leg for several days
                                    customer care has no information, useless DTP operators
                                    If return is requested again they don't come for several days.
                                    Even if return is arranged for Monday, they will not contact you for next 2 - 3days and like that

                                        Funny enough I was a victim of task mall withdrawal problem. They assigned me to complete 6 tasks I am done 5 of that 6th payments after recharged they were not responding. Searching for how to get my money back a friend at work recommended MRS Purnimabarik via https://t.me/Purnimabarik who she helped her recovered $89, 979 from an investment advisory crypto scam so I message them and to the glory of God behold my money of about $8700 was returned from the Task mall scam platform. There is hope to get your money back if you reach out to MRS Purnimabarik.

                                        I also saw they advert on Facebook I clicked the like and it led me to a WhatsApp number the person gave me a like to complete a task after paying in some money which I did and I withdrawal the money and they said I should do another task after paying which I paid again but in the middle of the task they kept on asking for more money to complete the same take, and now they are asking for 36815 which I don't have again and I can't withdrawal the once I have completed any more, cos they said I should pay first so I contacted a friend who recommended Monica Vos Ayoka on t_ele_gram (@vos9112) to me and she was useful to get my money back from the task mall online work home platform .
