I said refund my amount 3999 on amazon pay they reflect to my old bank account its go for maintance...i called to amazon they cut my call nd did not give proper resolution...

My product was not return and instead off another product is returned which is costly.
Company doesn't help me. I want my product return and get my face was back.
I request for watch return and pick up boy takes the face wash and my refund initiated for watch.
I want my face wash back and take back the watch....

Have received an incomplete product on dated 16.04.23 most of the parts were missing have asked for return 02 times, have communiacted the same through mail and telephone but still item not picked up or refund issues.
Though the packet was sealed but accessories was missing even the motor was also not there.
