Ordered a product and the product didn't match that i order so I return it and yet refund was not initiated to my bank account till now also amazon is not returning the product that i recieve/anount of shoes.
Puma Women's RS 2.0 Mono Metal Wn s Black-Rose Gold Sneaker - 7 UK[protected] from my amazon account- Order #:[protected]. But i received a different item and i have contact to customer support team, they asked me to send a picture and i have sent it. After that my return is confirmed and return is completed on 3rd May. NOw refund is not initiated. im struggling from past 20 days to get an positive response from your side. But yet i didn't received anything.

    I purchased a product on amazon on 25th january 2021 using google pay upi by canara bank my amazon order no #[protected] by mistakly i paid twice to amazon . As per their confirmation extra amount will be refunded Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the case no - upi089765 .amazon customer care request me to reach out bank or file charge dispute I had contacted bank customer service they is no proper response .hence i mail you. Please help me out

              Dear Sir
              This is my first experience with amazon. But unfortunately. I have
              ordered at amazon india dispatched next day
              and reached the distinction that
              item out for delivery on 18/5/2021.. they never contact me.still now not yet
              delivered.

              No delivery person contacted me .Even I contact the customer care 10
              times. But no positive response from them.
              So, I really unhoped. So please solve this problem

                          Today I have placed a call back request of Amazon’s customer support to inquire about delay in delivery of one of my order ... I got a cal back from Amazon caller( +[protected] who’s name is Ms. Priyanshi during the interaction she talked in very arrogant manner instead of providing information and solution she had done 20mins of argument and tried to put me at fault regarding delay of delivery... finally I have asked her to provide details of escalation to share my experiences with her interaction... she replied that She will be providing a mail if to report... she didn’t provide me the mail I’d and made me to hold line for 5mins without any Response and finally she dropped my cal ...Request you to take this up with concerns of Amazon India for needful actions

                              Today I buy a oximiter from Amazon worth 1900, in Amazon website clearly show that if the product is damaged they return or refund the amount of product, today when I get the product there was no bill inside the box and the product was also not working, I call the customer care and request them to return the amount, but they didn't co operate with me and they said they will not return the amount, and it is clearly breach to the consumer act 2019, , , and Amazon also betrey their replacement policy, if I don't get the refund I will sue them in consumer forum

                                      Placed an order ORDER #[protected] for delivery of some essential grocery supplied on Amazon Pantry on 17th May 2021, notified of shipment by 24th May 2021. My payment of Rs. 2996.10 by Credit Card was taken. Sometimes if I order a product on Amazon which is not available, they usually cancel it and refund my payment.

                                      But this time my payment for Amazon Pantry was taken and I assumed it will be shipped. Today, 20th May, I got an SMS and email indicating that my order is out for delivery so I waited at home.

                                      Did not get any calls from amazon delivery. Instead, I got a message claiming that Amazon has already delivered my supplies!!! This is wrong, the shipment was never delivered to me, my neighbors/ security, etc never got it either. Not able to complain about this to Amazon Customer Service because, during Covid times, their Customer Service appears to have vanished! There is ZERO customer support.

                                      I want a full refund from Amazon INdia.

                                        On 17th of may, 2021 My mobile recharge got cancelled somehow. Amount got debited from my account of bank. I informed to their executives about the situation. But they are just playing around of me, by sayin amount will credited to my account soon.

                                        But all in vein. today is 20th may, 2021.

                                        I would like to report a complaint about the amount which they are keeping for not returing me.
