I ordered a Linksys E5600 AC 1200 Dual-Band router on 6 April 2021, the product I received was a completely different product, not a Linksys E5600 AC 1200 Dual-Band router at all, and than
I placed an order for the replacement on Amazon by complaining that the product I have received is not the product that I ordered.
And then after I complied Amazon replaced me with a product that I received on April 8th 2021.
The replacement product was the correct product, but the quality of that product was the issue. And then I put request return/refund on amazon.
The product was picked-up from me and reached the seller.
But I still have not received the refund, when I called Amazon Customer Care, they said that we cannot give you a refund for this product.
Because the product we have received earlier is the wrong product at the time of replacement. I said that I had got that wrong product myself, so I had requested a replacement. This was not the product that I ordered, so I comment on the time of replacement. did that the product I have received is not the product that I ordered.
Today, when I did not get a refund, I called Amazon customer, and he said that we cannot give you this refund. I asked why you can't give me this refund, he said that the refund has been stopped by the seller.
Amazon has refused to refund, while it is not my fault, the first time the product was delivered to me was the wrong product. That is why I had done a replacement on Amazon by complaining on Aazon, that the product I have received is the wrong product.
Please help me in this issue.
I want a refund for this, please help me.
