I had placed an order on AMAZON, But due to quality issue i returned it after that they initiated the refund of rs 799, with "refund reference number" 30005110401040203655246, whose last date was 18th feb 2021, but 8 march has been passed but still i didnt received my refund....

I place the order on Amazon on 12 Feb 2021and get it 14 Feb 2021 but due to some reason I returned it after return amazon refund initiated but not get...

My order was cancelled on 28th Feb 2021 and Amazon refunded the amount (8699) on the same day but today is 8th March 2021 and it is not reflecting in my account.

I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

It is to inform you that on (27th February, 2021)last Saturday I ordered a (Veeba remote control helicopter) through ONLINE PAYMENT with my J&K BANK from amazon at (10:30 pm) but because of address issue amazon suggested me to cancel my order. Then I did same next day Sunday morning... The expected refund date is 04 March, 2021 but now today is 07 March, 2021 still I have get any refund form amazon....

I had already complain about the amazon stan money deduction and that matter is not yet solved. I hadnt got my previous money, inspite of solving it today another 199 rupee is been deducted. Solve the problem immediately elsvise i have to change my bank account to another bank. I want my 800 rupee back in my account. I am very frustrated after complaining again and again....
