      Product name: Intel Celeron G1840 Processor - BX80646G1840

      Amazon delivered the different product on 23/04/2021 and now they are denying anything by saying that they delivered the correct item.

      I requested for the processor model- Celeron G1840 while they sent me a Pentium G3240.
      It was clearly mentioned on their website that its a brand new product while they sent me a wrong one and a used product.

      I'm attaching the relevant pics with the complaint.
      Please take necessary actions against them as such behaviour is not acceptable.

        I have issued orders on 21-04-21 worth of Rs: 2900/- and Rs:758/-
        I have observed that the shipping charges have been charged from me to the tune of Rs: 800/-
        I am a prime member and as such the shipping charges should not have been charged.
        Kindly refund the same or cancel the orders and oblige.

              Hi Team,
              Recently I have lost my one plus 8 pro mobile which I bough in amazon.I have given complaint in police station they have registered it and tracking my phone meanwhile I have noticed that Amazon is accepting exchange of old phone wich is stolen/complained in police station.please let me know any option to block my phone for exchange in amazon

                    Amazon was refunded my amount and they are saying clearly that amount was refunded, and refund reference numbers are generated only after refund was done. Refund reference numbers are as below:

                    I contacted with Andhra Bank customer care member, and he said to contact with UBI customer care..
                    UBI customer care member said that every thing is clear contact to Amazon customer care..
                    Lastly I am requesting you here, to solve the issue, and see to get my refunded amount.

                        I ordered an item on 10th March which is not delivered yet and amazon is basically misguiding me in my every follow-up call . please arrange to penalise Amazon india appropriately so that this does not happen to other customers.

                          Would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs999/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 23rd april 2021 Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

                              I ordered a Linksys E5600 AC 1200 Dual-Band router on 6 April 2021, the product I received was a completely different product, not a Linksys E5600 AC 1200 Dual-Band router at all, and than
                              I placed an order for the replacement on Amazon by complaining that the product I have received is not the product that I ordered.
                              And then after I complied Amazon replaced me with a product that I received on April 8th 2021.
                              The replacement product was the correct product, but the quality of that product was the issue. And then I put request return/refund on amazon.
                              The product was picked-up from me and reached the seller.
                              But I still have not received the refund, when I called Amazon Customer Care, they said that we cannot give you a refund for this product.
                              Because the product we have received earlier is the wrong product at the time of replacement. I said that I had got that wrong product myself, so I had requested a replacement. This was not the product that I ordered, so I comment on the time of replacement. did that the product I have received is not the product that I ordered.
                              Today, when I did not get a refund, I called Amazon customer, and he said that we cannot give you this refund. I asked why you can't give me this refund, he said that the refund has been stopped by the seller.

                              Amazon has refused to refund, while it is not my fault, the first time the product was delivered to me was the wrong product. That is why I had done a replacement on Amazon by complaining on Aazon, that the product I have received is the wrong product.
                              Please help me in this issue.
                              I want a refund for this, please help me.

                                This is regarding Order #: [protected], which not a product as made out on the website.
                                I had received it yesterday and I want return it and get refund. Tried several time. However, I am tired of trying on your website. Which has a standard message "something went wrong". If you can not take the issue why you should such arrangements which are of no use to customer. Your chat assistant is also useless and nothing is happening and it takes me to the sample place and the same message listed above in " "
                                You do not provide any email address where customer can write about. That how you have good business practices in India.
                                PLEASE ARREGE FOR RETURN AND REFUND FOR THE ABOVE ITEM. NEXT TIME I WILL CAREFULL WHEN ORDERINIG FROM AMAZON OR STOP GETTING FROM YOU.

                                      Last time i gave an order (order id:[protected])but neither i got my order nor i got mu money back..
                                      This time again i gave an order (order id:[protected]) which i was about to get by 19th april but again it postponed to 21st april.. Either you deliver my order or return my money..
                                      I left the matter 1st time but not always.. So i request either you deliver my order or return my money..
                                      Even few of my order have alredy come to port blair but i am not getting it yet.. very bad amazon.. So again i am saying either you deliver my order or refund my money..

                                        I ordered 3 boxes of the ritmax grid layers item and got delivered only ONE of this.The payment was taken by their agent for all 3.

                                        For 2 weeks they kept making me call and email.I was handed over to at least 10 executives who did not have any clue and did not provide any resolution.

                                        And finally i talked to Mr.Biswajeet from leadership team today who was the most arrogant, unprofessional and rude leadership team member i have ever seen!He should be FIRED immediately!Not only was he impolite but he REFUSED to provide me a resolution saying sorry you have to wait indefinately since i dont have answers!!!Uncouth and downright callous member not worth being in any job whatsoever.

                                        I want a REFUND and investigation into this asap.
