        Inspite of various follow up i have not receive my refurn. I have already return the product and following up from last 3.5 months, but not getting my refund. The courier boy has already picked up the material and but amazon deny to receive the material.

              Dear Sir/Madam,

              I sushil kumar the account holder of your bank has done some personal transaction regarding purchasing through Amajon dated 12th February 2021 (online transaction) but due to some reason I did cancel the same transaction to Amajon on 13th February 2021.

              However the refund of Rs.1140/- has been initiated by Amajon on 13th February 2021 and (Refund Reference number issued by Amazon is 30005410451043013543498). but the same Amount of Rs.1140/- not credited in my account.

                  I purchased an lg9kg washing machine from amazon as amazon described several features of the washing machine, i was impressed with features like child lock, but i was surprised when the installer installing the product. Really that product has no child lock option, but amazon bluffed with the false product features.

                  I raised my feedback in product review they never responded to me later i approached the amazon help centre, help centre person mentioned this is not amazon fault this lg mistake i should get a job card from lg. Unfortunately, i didn't purchase a product directly from lg, i bought it from the amazon site. Customers trust amazon alot that is the reason they choose amazon to buy a product.
                  Amazon must pay compensation to me as they cheated me with false product details.

                      The refund of rupees 1885 has been proceed successfully on 19th February 2021 the should be reflected date is 26th February 2021. The Authorization code 300541051042103479330 for transaction but till date amount not credit in my Bank account

                            Hello, I had ordered Samsung mobile MO2 in exchange with old one on 09 Feb 2021 and Paid through Debit Card. delivery boy came on 12 Feb 2021 for delivery of mobile, at that time he told that screen of your old mobile is little damaged so I can't take old mobile and even he didn't delivered that new one so I asked him to refund the amount Rs 7849.00 and that way Amazon company sent me mail that item we have received and your refund has processed but up till now I have not received the amount I have contacted to Amazon Customer Services 6-7 times but they didn't solve my problem just they gave me Refund Reference Number # 30005110401040213711336 with this again I contacted to my Bank But bank also told me to contact to Amazon Customer Services. Please solve my Problem. if you ask me I will provide my Contact Number. For your information i am attaching all Screen shots of E-mail sent by Amazon Customer Services

                              Delivery agent refused to deliver at doorstep. After a false attempt at delivery, they cancelled my order without informing me. In spite of callign customer care repeatedly and customer care escalating the issue, no action has taken place. Neither has the item been delivered nor was there any communication from the delivery agent. First of all refusing doorstep delivery and secondly cancelling the item without the customer's consent is absolutely wrong.
