        I had ordered an Apple Pencil 2nd generation via Appario Retail Pvt Limited having Amazon Fulfillment Tag by prepaid mode of payment on Amazon.in
        What i got was a cheap fake pen with broken fake wires none of which were genuine or apt to the cost
        Returned once and got the same fake replacement although had contacted amazon customer service who promised me genuine replacement not even giving me my refund in first place
        Now what happened is that second time Amazon.in scheduled a return for a refund but the same Amazon delivery person was not taking my return for a refund because they say for a hefty amount how can you give a cheap fake product, we wont take it and left after much argument
        Is this some racket or something going on that you will not refund me my money and just not take your fake thing with you also?
        Amazon Customer services just promise much and can’t catch or put litigations against such sellers because?
        Well I have Amazon customer service audio recordings, Transaction Id, Invoice, Opening Delivery of Amazon parcel which is fake and photos of that Amazon delivery person who aggressively takes stand, press and lawyer involved just for getting my refund back?
        Please dont play with customer’s trust Amazon.in who order from your site considering Amazon fulfillment with the fake sellers on the site

          We have given the amount to bank and in return of this credit we get Refund Reference #[protected] as proof .
          But I haven't received any amount yet.

              From Amazon 15/3/2021 My refund of 411 RS initiated and the side of amazon successfully processed my refund and they provide me to a refund refrence no the refund refrence no is[protected], regarding this issue i already complaint in the bank of my city. yet my refund is not credited in my account please initiate my refund.. i attached the proof of my refund from amazon.. i attached the screenshot of the refund confirmation mail with refund refrence no... Please solve my query.

                      I would like to bring it to your notice that an amount of Rs 199/- has been deducted from my ICICI bank account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither have I done any transaction nor did I get any OTP for this transaction. I am already a prime member and had recently renewed my yearly subscription so this could not be for any renewal. This amount was debited on 24th March 2021. Could you please assist me regarding this.

                        I have ordered a car washer from amazon named bosch aquatack on 15th march that package delivery has been promised to me on 17th to 21st but the package only shipped on 20th. And one intresting thing is i have ordered from tamilnadu but the package has been despached from tamilnadu to banglore and on the date of their promised delivery date they said that the package has been sent to wrong courier facility. Since them no tracking details from them and i have conyacted their customer service and spoke to 6 assistants but every one said we can monitor only what you see on your app sir so that they cant able to provide the exact location of the package. And they simply said sorry for the teouble and you should wait till the buffer time given to courier is over that is on 24th and today is 24 no updated tracking details from them and the tracking option also disabled from the app. I have prepaid the amount fully for this package and there is no proper response from amazon team their only saying is wait till 24th and after thatif not possible we will process the refund. Its absymal and it has spoiled my works relating to the product. Please AMAZON please respond to your customer's wigh proper guidance and please provide me a good solution.

                              I have placed this order on 26th feb 2021 and still not received it. Have written umpteen messages to the seller OM RUDRA but no concrete reply. I have received a messge on amazon that due to the delay in delivering I can cancel and get a refund which also the seller is not doing. I need help in getting my order cancelled and grant me a refund.
                              The seller is just wasting time. Keeps saying its on the way but there is no sign of arrival.

                              Please help at the earliest.

                                I have purchased wireless phone from amazon debet card by making payment of the 5234/- through Indian bank debit card I have returned the item and amazon initiated refund on A/C [protected] with reference number of 30005110261026194211437 they even shared transaction ID on my request I visited branch for solution and they contacted billdeak which is the payment gateway bill desk is asking to get payment reference number from branch for which branch has no answer when I contacted amazon they requested to file charge despite with Indian bank customer care but Indian bank customer care executive denying the existence of such from facility it is not about money but about the customer services offered by bank it is the practical issue and may happen again in future for which bank should be ready with solution

                                  I bought an oil named extra virgin olive oil from amazon...
                                  but due to some reason amazon refunded my money back to my bank account or you can say the card from which i made the payment...it was my debit card...kindly get my money back from amazon look at the response mail i got from amazon...
                                  plz help and get my money back to my account asap...
                                  amazon is becoming a fraud now everytime they do this and money never get refunded from them

                                      First time bought an expensive engine oil Liqui Moly Top Tec 5w40 from Amazon India SELLER NAME - ETrade2

                                      The product was received on Sunday 14 march 2021 and on opening it was found to be leaking. A sealed bottle should not leak !!
                                      IMAGES SENT. THEN I WAS ASKED FOR ID PROOOF. THAT WAS ALSO SENT. I was asked to wait for 24-48 hours and that i wil receive the update.
                                      I waited but no call and no email and no whereabouts of my refund/replacement request.
                                      All this trauma and my car was already getting late for service.
                                      Got my car serviced by buying another oil from the mechanic himself.

                                      Today i.e. 23 march, 2021, contacted them, the executive SHRADDHA said we cannot refund or replace your product since it non returnable. I asked the executive to give me a better logical answer to which the lady executive said that based on our investigation we cannot provide any refund or replacement because if the product wil leak the entire package will be drenched to which i said to send me this in written. She agreed but didnot provide in written. I have the call recording of the executive.

                                      I asked her why was I made to wait for so many days i could have gotten my car serviced earlier itself.

                                      I also talked to her senior named - LINGA. He is also giving same lame excuses and is denying to give me in written that we are denying refund because it should leak all over. When i asked him how can he decide on that. He said its our team that has said that. Again asked him to mail me that report, he said its our internal matter.

                                      All in all I am very fed up with amazon and have no hope in talking to the dumb customer care of this company.

                                      I have asked them to pick up the damaged product they delivered, they are not doing so. I request my hard earned money back asap !!
