Placed an order for butterfly idli cooker order#[protected] on 30 Sep. The cost is Rs. 1, 550. As I received damaged product, I requested return. However, by mistake, instead of clicking on return request on this order, I clicked the request on another order which is pigeon belly milk boiler ORDER #[protected] and the cost is Rs. 530 which means that I returned the idli cooker but requested return online on the milk boiler....

I cancelled one of my product from amazon and not yet received my refund amount.

I ordered oleev cooking oil but I received fortune cooking oil and Amazon in not refunding my money and when I contact them they only say our investigation team will look into the matter and they didn't help me...

I have order SAMSUNG M31S and fastrack watch from amazon on 17 dec 2020, the expected delivery was on 19 dec, then they changed delivery to 21 dec, then they changed to 23 rd, now they have change delivery date to 26 dec,

Today is 22 dec 20 mid night, as of now items are not even dispatched

There Was An Offer Of Flight Booking To Get 8% Cashback Upto 500 In My Account I Fulfilled Every Single T&C As It Was Mentioned But They Didn't Credited A Single Penny As Cashback Neither There Customer Service Is Helpful. I didn't get my order delivered on expected date. I contact to amazon customer service and they told me to wait for few more day to get the seller response and after that if the order not delivered then they will process refund and I have to wait more 7 business days. I have to suffer for the seller fault and amazon not taking any responsibilities for the customer....

On 16 dec i had ordered a product from Amazon india and paid the product money through Amazon pay.somehow I cancelled it but refund is not received yet....

I had placed order on amazon on 6th August 2020 against order number[protected]. I had used my Bank of baroda debit card. I had used twice the debit card and the payment bounced . I am followin up the payment since 6th August 2020. Received 1 payment on 3rd september. Second one i am folllowing. Amazon blaming Bank of baroda for delay. and BOB is deniying theu had received. Where i will go and fight for justice. Please help....
