I purchase three products from Amazon 596 rupees one is 150, one is 197rs and another is 249rs on 26th January 2021.i paid 50 rupees by my Amazon balance and 546 paid by my debit card . By some reason I canceled it, my Amazon balance was returned but my bank refund is not received in my bank account till now . I also visit to my pnb branch but they said we can't help you in this matter and Amazon customer care said please contact your bank.

Please help what i do

          0n 2nd feb 2021, I had order two keyboards one yamaha and and other casio's both above 12000 each, from last two weeks i contqcted amazon almost everyday and they always gave me different reason and fake promises and said they will provide refrence number .today i got refrence number from them.30005110331033082588575

          So i contacted amazon and they said now we sugget you to fill up a charge dispute form.
          Please help me i need my money urgently

          Customer care team of punjab nTional bank is still denying for receiving any rwfund in my bank account from amazon qnd mailed to me talk with amazon team
          Today amazon team said that they cant do anything more than providing the refund refrence number
          Please help its a big amount for me.

            I have made an order of my phone on 6th february but I have cancelled the order on amazon they have initiated the amount on 14th february but i haven't received the amount yet from the bank side the reference number of the transaction is 30005410421037192721658. My bank is punjab national bank(erstwhile oriental bank of commerce). My order amount is rupees 10, 999. i want to get my refund as soon as possible help me with this.

              As we order track pants from Amazon and payment bank with Andhra bank was done on 4th Feb, 03:43pm.as per amazon customer care discussion they didn't receive any payment on order even it shows successful.

                    मैने 29 जनवरी को नाइक शूज (MRP 4980) ऑर्डर किया एडवांस पेमेंट किया मैंने। उन्होंने 12 फरवरी डिलीवर डेट दी। 6 फरवरी को में इकॉम से डिलीवरी बॉय का कॉल आया में गांव चला जाने के कारण मैंने उसको अगले दिन ऑर्डर देने को बोला ।दूसरे दिन कोई ऑर्डर नहीं आया मैने सोचा बाद में कल दे देंगे कुछ टेक्निकल प्रब्लम हो गई होगी । 3-4 दिन तक मैने इंतजार किया लेकिन मेरा कोई ऑर्डर नहीं आया मैने कस्टमर केअर से बात की तो उन्होंने बोला अगले दिन शाम 9 बजे तक आपको डिलवरी हो जाएगी 2-3 तक उन्होंने ऐसे ही बोला मैने वेट किया लेकिन कोई सोलुस्न नहीं मिला फिर कस्टमर केअर से फिर बात की उन्होंने बोला 16 फ़रवरी तक डेट है ओर आपको कल तक ऑर्डर आपके पास पहुंच जाएगा मैने 16 फरवरी का इंतजार किया । लेकिन आज 15 फरवरी को एसएमएस आया कि आपका ऑर्डर रिटर्न सेलर जो गया ओर आपका पेमेंट 2-3 दिन में रिफंड हो जाएगा ।मैने कस्टमर केअर से बात किया तो उन्होंने बोला अब आपको दूसरा ऑर्डर करना पड़ेगा ओर आपका पैसा 2-3 दिन में आयेगा ।मैने कारण पूछा तो बोला गया कि या तो प्रोडक्ट डैमेज है या कुरियर टीम आपके एड्रेस को खोज नहीं पाई ।
                    सर मेरा आमजन ने 18 दिन खराब किया है ओर ऑर्डर डिलीवर भी नहीं किया ।अगर यही कारण था तो मुझे 6 फरवरी को ही बता देते इतना पागल क्यू बनाया गया ओर मेरा समय खराब क्यू किया गया । ओर मुझे 13 को शूज की जरूरत थी मेरे रिश्तेदार की शादी थी लेकिन आमजन कि वजह से में बिना शूज के रहा मार्केट से में ओर लता तो पैसे नहीं थे में एक गरीब किसान परिवार से आता हूं । मैने पैसा ब्याज पर लिया था 18 का ब्याज बिना फालतू लग गया ओर अब में दुबारा ऑर्डर करू तो 15 दिन का टाइम ओर खराब हो ओर 30 दिन का ब्याज भी फालतू लगेगा ।

                      I have ordered SanDisk 64 GB Class 10 Memory card on 27 Jan, 2021 It was received but I have Returned my product
                      Amazon intitiated the refund on 2 feb 2021 and it was expected to come on 5-7 feb

Toh mene use return kiya tha unki taraf se refund rs. 639 mere account union bank of india main date 5feb last date ane ki thi but woh abhi tak nahi aaya hai mene Amazon company se baat ki toh unhone kaha ki waha se cash credit ho chuka hai but woh abhi mere account m ni aya hai ... Please ap mera refund status check karke mera refund wapis krne ki kripa kare

                            On 13th of February I ordered a antgaming headset and payed full cash at that moment itself you can see

                            Order Date: 13.02.2021
                            And when the pakage arrived to the location of where it needed to be delivered the delivery guys called and said that the delivery will not be done saying that the location is far
                            But Daily there are so many packages coming to the area and delivered to the address.
                            so I called the Amazon customer care service and they said they will resolve the matter but they did not and then the delivery guys cancelled the ordered pakage and are now returning it to the seller.

                            Why is Amazon playing with us providing wrong information and possibly worst egoistic delivery service.

                            Pls help!...

                              Received duplicate. Didn't get the refund.Amazon embezzled my money. Customer care is rude and denied the refund by giving fake policy quotes. I couldn't cash the the recieved cheque dated 30/10/2017. Now they say they embezzled my money and they won't provide refund as it's been more than 6 months since cheque was issued. Amazon cheated me and embezzled my money. It's been 3 years since Amazon embezzled my money. This is a pure fraud with customer by Amazon.

                                  ALERT:Rs.999.00 spent via CREDIT Card xxxx at AMAZON1258399 on[protected]:09:44:14 without PIN/OTP.Not you?Call [protected].
                                  This happened to me and i didnt used my card and one more thing i cant see my balance after deducted amount but if i do normal transaction i can see the Pending balance. I need a resolution about please be quick.

                                    I was cheated for Rs 10000..by Amazon because they offered an exchange value for my macbook of 26850 and refunded only 16850 out of that and cut 10000 despite the fact that the product (laptop)hp chromebook which they gave me had a defective battery for the exchange ..when asked about the incorrect refund they denied the refund status and till date have not returned the 10000 rupees ..absolutely fleecing the customer and this certainly wasn't expected from amazon

                                    As you can see the way in which the item was delivered looks like a second hand laptop despite the fact that I had paid the amount for a new laptop and not a second hand laptop that was delivered to me ...bloody cheats

                                    They have been notified a lot of times before and haven't resolved the issue till date
                                    Trust me if it's reputation they are talking about ...for this particular purpose they have fleeced me for 10000 rupees which isn't a joke delivering a faulty laptop in exchange for my macbook by increasing the exchane price to 26850 and then delivering the hp chromebook which has a defective battery ..when asked for the refund only 16850 were returned saying we don't refund promotions ...if it were a normal sceanrio where it was my mistake I would understand but this was pure fleecing a customer just for their sweet benefit and ten thousand rupees mind you is not a joke

                                      My name is aditya email id is . [protected]@gmail.com which is registered with amazon.in. My amazon.in account is locked from 3 days. Reason is that i placed a order on amazon by mistake i fill wrong credit card no after please order i realizes that i fill anything wrong i immediately cancelled that order.
                                      After one day i see my account is locked. I try to contact customer care but they tell they can't help me only investigate team unlock my account. I sent mail on [protected]@amazon.in, but they not listening anything they send me mail that [ your order can't be delivered please send your credit card details with billing address ] but that credit card no i filled is wrong
                                      I have also provide all the details to amazon.in by mail but still my account is locked.
