Ordered a carrom board on 14th October 2020 and received the same on 17th October 2020. The carrom board and the packaging both were damaged (plz refer attached images with date stamp). Placed a return request on the same day and it's been 13 days now that the product is not picked up as yet. Followed up thrice with the customer care and they only assured false assurances. I am trying to create my amazon upi id last 120 days but i am unable to create my upi id till now.
No any Executive are properly communicate me to resolved my problem.
many times i call on customer care number but all time different different executive told me different different problem.

I returned my order nd its almost a month now i did not get my money back...

This is the third time my account has beed debited with random money and that too without any prior warning.
The first time it was a single digit amount so I didn't pay any attention. The second and third time now it has deducted around 1000 INR.
This is a humble request to Amazon india. Please return the amount and stop deducting without any prior notice. Somebody maybe in need of it....
