    I ordered a pair of earphones from Amazon.
    The cost of the earphones is around Rs15000.

    I ordered it on 2 Jan 2020 and the same was delivered to me on 4th Jan 2020. The box delivered had no wear or tear and was properly sealed. When I opened the box, I found that it was an empty retail box with no earphones or charging case in it. I immediately raised the issue with Amazon Customer Support. I was told that they need 5-6 days time to conduct an internal investigation and they will get back with results. I waited for the said time but got no communication from their side. When I contacted Amazon Customer Support in 10 Jan 2020, I was told that as per their internal investigation they product was delivered to me and they cannot assist me any further.

    Amazon has taken 15000 rupees from me to deliver an empty box and I can do nothing about it. Its making me feel helpless as a consumer.

    I am a frequent shopper and have bought goods of worth more than 2 lakhs from Amazon alone in the past 1-2 years, yet my complaint was brushed aside without any serious consideration. Moreover, the platform has the audacity to call me a liar by telling me that as per theor internal investigation the product was delivered to me.

        I made a payment through UPI on Amazon if amount 3548 and then cancelled it but I haven't received the refund till now amazon told me to contact bank customer care so I request you to trace my refund and help me with this

          Amazon mobile cancelled amount was not refunded but amazon side was amount refunded they gave an reference number

                  I canceled my order of rs 261 and amazon's representatives said that they refund 261rs on 31st december 2020 whith refund reference number 74332741001036617844093 but refund is not credit in my account till now.

                      I have orderd "Play station 4" amount of "Rs.29, 990" in Amazon on[protected], and I cancelled it on the same date as per mention the amount will be refunded before[protected] but I not received, I requested Amazon customer care regarding refund they said "they have initiated the amount if amount not received contact bank customer care with Refund Reference Number (RRN)" then I contact bank customer care they said " They don't have access for that, contact your branch " and then I contacted the branch they said "it is direct processs by Amazon so please contact Amazon" again I contacted Amazon they told me to file a charge dispute.

                        On 9dec I had placed an order ONE ASSIST SANDWICH MAKER EXTENDED WARRANTY PLAN AMOUNT β‚Ή199.                             A refund of rs379 from Amazon has been initiated on 23rd dec 2020 but not been credited to my bank account yet. It should reflect by 28th dec. 2020 but the Amazon customer care service say to contact the PNB and to raise charge dispute.

And when i was ordering it said that minimum quantity of ordering is 2 ... i ordered 2 items PAID for 2 items ...!                                 I purchased a product from amazon.in on 20th December 2020 of this month using my punjab national bank debit card same was return to 20th December 2020 i asked them for refund. As per their confirmation refund was credit in account on 20th December to 25th december of this month. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number-75503720356044552285624.
                                I had contacted also bank customer service number there is no proper response. Please check and confirm the status.

                                  This is Tejas TS and my account number is ([protected]), I had purchased a product on Amazon on 26th December 2020 using my card worth 1798, and I got a refund from them on 5th Jan 2021, and it has still not reflected in my account, when I contacted Amazon they said me to call pnb customer service, when I called them, they said me to mail the issue.
                                  Amazon has sent me a mail giving me the reference number of the refund, can you check and let me know, where has the money gone.
                                  I have attached my bank statement and Amazon reference number mail, so that you can have a check.
