I purchased JBL Bluetooth speaker from amzon on 4 jan.the product was different from actual product which was shown in the website so i want to return the item, i am trying to return the item in more than 5 attempts, but every time the delivery boy refuses to pick up the item, telling the pickup was denied by the customer.every time i contacted to the customer care service they assured me that they will take quick action and will contact to the courier partner to pick up my item as soon as possible.But it's more than 8 days i got no solution.every time i called the customer care they automatically lodge a pickup schedule but every time the delivery boy refused to pick up the item . They even don't c ok ntact to me I try to contact them they blocked my number.please take a step against them.

    I had placed an online order on Amazon.in for purchase of BITCORP Extension Board 1 Single Socket 15A 3 meter1.5 mm Long Qty 02 (TWO) on 20 Dec 2020 vide Order No[protected] . The package was delivered to me on 23 Dec 2020. Upon opening the Package however, I found that it contained *only one* item. On noticing that the package only had one item, I immediately contacted the Deliveryman and raised the issue with him. He however expressed his inability to do anything and asked me to raise it with Amazon customer care.

    I contacted Amazon Customer care on the very same day, ie 23 Dec 2020 and shared the issue with Amazon representative. I was promised that the matter will be investigated and it will take two to five days for the investigations and resolution of the issue.

    No contact or response was received from Amazon after that. I had to contact and remind Amazon customer care representatives at least twice to get the matter resolved. On 02 Jan 2021, I was brusquely told that the matter had been investigated at their end and that the package stands delivered and nothing more could be done by them.

    Since then, I have raised the issue via emails at [protected]@amazon.in thrice. I am yet to get a satisfactory response.

    Following issues are yet to be addressed:-

    (a) I have been trying to get back the missing item (as brought out at Para 1 above) or refund for the same. The problem appears to be at the packing stage itself by the Seller.

    (b) The customer cannot check the quantity of items inside a package before making payments or taking delivery. If one cannot check the items before taking delivery, then how does one ensure receiving complete order ?

    (c) The details of so called investigations carried by Amazon's team have not been shared with me till date. In fact Nobody has even spoken or tried to contact me for the said investigation. How has the investigation been finalized without ascertaining facts from me?

      I am awaiting for my k7 antivirus to be loaded in my laptop. Please deliver my product immediately or refund my payment so that i can purchase from others.

      Till now there is no response.

      If you will not respond i will be compailed to lodge a case in consumer court.

      Please expedite the delivery.

        Escalation Matrix

        There is only one level of escalation in case of customer complaints. Such escalation matrix is simply not possible and fair for customers. Amazon should seriously consider adding at least 2 more layers of escalation including ombudsman kind of level....

              My name is Chinnu Philip and I had ordered Samsung Galaxy M31s of RS.19500 from Amazon on 17 december 2020 and after 18 december 2020 I cancelled this order due to personal reason. And on 21 december 2020 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but Istill didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 659426 and told me to fill charge dispute form but State Bank of India doesn't have such policy.

              This is the reply I got from SBI regarding my complaint -
              "Company RemarkThe customer's account was SB-Janapriya-SBTA/c. Since the account was stopped, the samewas not credited. However on receipt of thecomplaint, we had converted it into BSBD A/cand subsequently the customer was advised tolodge a complaint with Amazon again withaccount statement from 17/12/2020(Date oforiginal transaction) till date."

              Amazon should recredit the money back to my account.
              You can check the account statement regarding the same.
              So please kindly respond to this complaint at the earliest . I'm also attaching details of amazon order and my account statement. Kindly resolve my issue.

                Amazon couldn't contact you to deliver your package
                We recommend you wait as the carrier will likely attempt to deliver your package on the next working day.

                The above message is not correct. As per schedule they are supposed to deliver today evening. they have not contacted me by any means. I need the my order must be delivered today as I have other plans tomorrow.

                          I ordered a pair of earphones from Amazon.
                          The cost of the earphones is around Rs15000.

                          I ordered it on 2 Jan 2020 and the same was delivered to me on 4th Jan 2020. The box delivered had no wear or tear and was properly sealed. When I opened the box, I found that it was an empty retail box with no earphones or charging case in it. I immediately raised the issue with Amazon Customer Support. I was told that they need 5-6 days time to conduct an internal investigation and they will get back with results. I waited for the said time but got no communication from their side. When I contacted Amazon Customer Support in 10 Jan 2020, I was told that as per their internal investigation they product was delivered to me and they cannot assist me any further.

                          Amazon has taken 15000 rupees from me to deliver an empty box and I can do nothing about it. Its making me feel helpless as a consumer.

                          I am a frequent shopper and have bought goods of worth more than 2 lakhs from Amazon alone in the past 1-2 years, yet my complaint was brushed aside without any serious consideration. Moreover, the platform has the audacity to call me a liar by telling me that as per theor internal investigation the product was delivered to me.

                                Amazon mobile cancelled amount was not refunded but amazon side was amount refunded they gave an reference number
