My account was debited Rs.199 for no apparent reason. The following message was received:

I have not made any transactions today and I have not received any otp or any transaction intimation.

    Fake details are being shared and not getting a proper response.
    When try to contact customer service they kept call on hold for a long time and then rejects the call

      I have ordered a mobile of redmi 9 prime 4 gb ram & 64 gb internal storage on dated 28/11/2020, I have made payment through my debit card of bank of india, branch mechua (832102), but my order was cancelled due to the mistake of delivery not available in the pin code 831002, on dated 03/12/2020.       Dear sir/mam maine 14 nov.2020 ko amazon.in se 526 rupay ka shoe purchase kiya tha jisse maine next day hi return kar diya. aur jiska refund mujhe amazon ne 28 nov ko account me credit hone ko kaha tha. lekin aisa nahi hua. phir maine 30 nov. ko amazon ke customer care se baat kiya to unhone kaha ki yaha se 28 nov. ko hi mere account me 526 rupay credit kar diya gaya hai. unhone mujhe refrence no. bhi diya#74332740329032877847113 unhone kaha ki aap apne branch se baat kijiye phir main apne branch gaya unhe sab kuch bataya lekin unhone kaha ki hum apki koi bhi help nahi kar payenge aur unhone iska koi solution bhi nahi bataya. phir maine central bank ke customer care se baat kiya to unhone bhi kaha ki yaha se kuch bhi nahi ho payega aur ek chij unhone kaha ki aap charge dipute form fill kardo apka promlem solve ho jayega. maine central bank me online bhi complain kiya hai lekin aaj 15 se 20 din hone ko hai unke taraf se bhi koi jawab nahi aaya hai. phir maine central bank ko mail ke jariye bhi apni baate batai lekin 10 se 12 din ho chuke hai unka bhi koi jawab nahi aaya hai.main bahut hi jada paresha ho chuka hu kuch samajh me nahi a raha ki kya karu please meri help kare aur mera jo amount pending hai usse mere account me credite karwa de

        Dear sir,

        I was purchased a product on amazon on 10th of December 2020 of worth rs .948 using my canara bank debit card but we cancelled an order and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 12th December 2020 maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as 75503720348044364063673 I had contacted your customer service number they is no proper response hence i mail you. Please check and confirm the status. And kindly help to get my refund.

                  I got Amazon basics washing machine in Dec-2019, It stopped working at 20th Oct 2020, It was in one year warranty so I raised complaint, Person came to check and informed that it will take 3-5 working days to get spare parts. Its been 55+ days since then i am following up every day on email and calls they are just giving fake promises. They have cheated me and making fool since 8+ weeks.

                          My invoice copy of the product is attached along. I received a damaged product, had returned the item and requested for refund. When contact Amazon, they say the refund is credited to my bank account (ESAF), but my pay transaction history doesn’t show any refund for this product. I have confirmed the same with my bank too.

                                Hello,
                                I have purchased the HP laptop through amazon on 15 August 2020.

                                On 10 December 2020 the issue arrives for which My fan not works and laptop is very slow.
                                There was also OS corruption which not works.
                                I have contacted the Amazon and HP for the issue as this laptop is defective.
                                The HP told they will not visit as this not come under our warranty.
                                I have visited the HP service center and they declined for windows 7 installation And any help
                                Amazon telling to bring the letter of service denied.
                                My product is under warranty and I have shared the service denied email to amazon.

                                After sharing the details also Amazon is declining to help and HP not providing the service.

                                I have share details with Amazon.
                                HP is not providing the help either way for warranty product.
                                Please take the product return back or I have to lodge a legal complaint.
