A refund of rs379 from Amazon has been initiated on 23rd dec 2020 but not been credited to my bank account yet. It should reflect by 28th dec. 2020 but the Amazon customer care service say to contact the PNB and to raise charge dispute.
Please help!

    I have ordered 2 items which is charcoal strips packs ...! And when i was ordering it said that minimum quantity of ordering is 2 ... i ordered 2 items PAID for 2 items ...! But recived 1 item ... which is non returnable ... and hence they are not taking my complaint of missing items ...! They cheated on me with my money ...! I want a refund

      My account number [protected] (Punjab Natioanal Bank)
      I purchased a product from amazon.in on 20th December 2020 of this month using my punjab national bank debit card same was return to 20th December 2020 i asked them for refund. As per their confirmation refund was credit in account on 20th December to 25th december of this month. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number-75503720356044552285624.
      I had contacted also bank customer service number there is no proper response. Please check and confirm the status.

        Hello

        This is Tejas TS and my account number is ([protected]), I had purchased a product on Amazon on 26th December 2020 using my card worth 1798, and I got a refund from them on 5th Jan 2021, and it has still not reflected in my account, when I contacted Amazon they said me to call pnb customer service, when I called them, they said me to mail the issue.
        Amazon has sent me a mail giving me the reference number of the refund, can you check and let me know, where has the money gone.
        I have attached my bank statement and Amazon reference number mail, so that you can have a check.

                Dear Sir/Mam,
                I am vishal Kashyap i bought a ether-net to RS232/485 converter worth rs.6900/- form amazon on 17 Dec 2020 but seller cancel the order due to less quantity in stock and refund me purchase amount on 22Dec 2020 but the amount is not reflect in account i asked to amazon customer service support about it they told me that refund is transfer in my account i have to ask in bank and give me a reference no. i asked to bank customer service support about it then they told me that there is no amount refund in my account bank told to ask to amazon both Bank & Amazon are told me to ask each other.
                Please resolve my problem as soon as possible i stack in it from 1 week but no action taken by any one. Other details are given below.

                  On 27.12.2020 amazon courier boy delivered me Kodak Photo Paper High Gloss 200 GSM A4 Size sheets only 20 sheets were delivered but ordered 100 sheets. I had given complaint regarding on the same day. since then the message is reflected ' in my amazon account " We will email you when we have an estimated delivery date.'' but still today there is no email on this order. amazon is cheating there customers and not responding properly when called

                    On 24.12.2020 I had order Kodak photo paper high glossy 200 GSM A4 size 100 sheets for 799.00. with order no[protected] and 27.12.2020 the items was delivered when opened 80 sheets were missing. when contacted the customer care they told me they will arrange for a pick up and send the sheets again. i have contacted several time to them no correct reply from their side. now they say that i should send the parcel which I have received by me through any courier i should bear the whole expenses.
                    the whole problem was done by amazon the item are missing when they sent me. it is there responsibility to arrange for pick up and send the new package of 100 sheets. urgently.
                    i have been using these sheets for diagnostic center in ultrasound department to images of scanning on these sheets already 10 days have since i have booked. it causing lot of problem for me and patient for whom i have been giving these print plain white sheet. look in the matter and do the needful.

                    I kindly request you to deliver the sheets by 8 jan 2021 as pervious booked sheets are about to finish
                    daily at 6-7 sheets for printing scan picture. urgent
                    these sheets are ordered by my brother staying at gajwel from my amazon ID: [protected]@yahoo.com account for his diagnostic center for DR. SUJATHA name. call my brother

                      I had ordered and got Butterfly Smart Glass 2 Burner Gas Stove, Black on October 30, 2020. But the product and it's replacement were damaged and so we asked for refund from November 3, 2020. Till now the refund didn't take place on my back account. I have been contacting Amazon customer care officials several times, only to get request from them as wait 3-5 business days.

                      Now I got the transaction id for the refund but the bank needs me to provide RRN number which Amazon didn't generate and wants me to wait for another 3-5 business days. It's going on for almost 2months and now 3rd month as started.

                                        I 'm really disappointed with support received from Amazon and Google Play, both parties are denying to refund my money back, which is totally unacceptable.

                                        As per Google, I purchased the gift card from Amazon incidentally and have not redeemed it yet ... hence its still lying with Amazon and they can raise the exception for refunding my amount by cancelling the transactions. which was made incidentally for Google Play recharge for Rs.5000.00 vide Order Id:[protected] on dated 03rd January 2021.

                                        You are requested Please coordinate with Google and get rid from unwanted circumstances .
