I want to complain about amazon customer service as they were highly disrespectful and unsupportive with the customers, they are rude and sarcastic. provide false commitments to the customers. i ordered a product from amazon which states 10 days returnable and it is a return pickup. however when i placed a return request, it was a surprise for me as it states, self pickup return product which is no where mentioned in the product details. i requested for an alternate from amazon customer service wherein they were rude, sarcastic and passed unprofessional comments. moreover, they even gave me false commitment that they have raised a request for changing the self pickup to pick up from delivery address and it will be visible in my account after 24-48 hours. after 24 hours when i contacted the amazon support team again they informed me that the request was never generated and neither provided me the case number when requested for it. also, they were not at all interested in helping me and while talking to them i felt so hamulating as if i have got the product for free.
after everything, i am asking if there is any alternate which can be provided to which the leadership member responded " lets come to the point" while making me feel so uncomfortable he was so rude and so disrespectful. he was yarning while i was sharing my concern with him. apart from all this, they told me it is third seller product and due to covid they are not able to provide me pick up whereas the another individual told me it is not in there policy which is contradictable statement shared by them again. i feel so bad now as i dont know whom to contact for the experience and my money been taken granted by the company AMAZON. they even updated incorrect case notes as they mentioned they tried calling me and placed a new self return request for which i never agreed, they mentioned that the case is resolved which is not the case, they mentioned they tried reaching me and i didnt picked their call but reality is they even disconnected my calls and text showing network issue which was not true as i never received any call back
