Please help me,

I had ordered a Poco x2 mobile phone on[protected] by amazon. But the order was cancelled and received my refund after that I got a message below and then I had done the payment to that account.

The Order number ID is :[protected]

Then I had received a message from Amazon sellers support team on whatsApp:-[protected]

That message is

Dear customer this is regarding your Amazon order for Poco X2.

Your order payment got refunded due to a technical glitch. If you want to complete the order and clear the hold on shipment and get the order delivered today before 1: 30 pm then complete the payment before 11: 30 am today.

After I had done my payment they did not accept my calls and I didn’t get my product. I asked for a refund from Amazon but still I haven’t got my money back yet.
I have tried contacting Amazon multiple times and all the customer care executives say is that we has filed a complaint on Amazon seller and E-mailed him and seller will address you with in 2days and they doesn't give me any clarity about refund..
Kindly help me because I have already paid ₹15674 and doesn't receive my product, even I'm a prime account user also

I have tried contacting Amazon multiple times and all the customer care executives say is that we has filed a complaint on Amazon seller and E-mailed him and seller will address you with in 2days and they doesn't give me any clarity about refund. They are making fake promises that I’ll be getting a call, I’ll be getting a mail, kindly wait 2 days, their team is working on it and so on. But I can clearly see that they are doing nothing as I haven’t been contacted even once.
Kindly help me because I have already paid ₹15674 and doesn't receive my product.

Someone in the customer care executives told me that, please trust on Amazon.in don't worry Amazon.in takes the initiative and refund your amount within 5days through your original payment method.
But after 3days someone in the customer care executives said that Amazon.in will never promise you about the refund.
Please help me, I kindly requested you please resolve my complaint.

    A delivery boy from ron gadag karnataka ph: [protected] this delivery boy is fraud has not delivered the product escaped with product after receiving otp. He is not picking the calls now.

      Sir i am a hdfc card holder and purchased a product on debit card emi but then cancelled it but the emi is processing as i am getting messages and the bank is also not helping much same as the case of merchant department also. Please help me to stop the emi processing or else i have to pay emi from next month. Rs 7129 is the amount.

        Hello sir/mam,

        I have ordered an tripod from amazon on 6th june 2020 by cash on delivery mode and i receive it on 10th june 2020 the i dont like it so i return it on the next day 11 june 2020 amazon ask me that how i want my refung it give me 2 options (Amazon pay or bank account) so i opt bank account and i entered my bank account details and submit for my refund by now it 12 august 2020 i have't recived my refund yet i called amazon customer care many time they reply me that they initiate it before and i have to call my bank then i called my bank they are saying they dont have any type of refund i am really frustrated about this and can't understand what to do so i just want to request you please check my details and provide me my refund

            I purchased an yearly subscription on aug 2019.

            On june 2020 my mobile got reset and after that i faced issues in login to
            Amazon prime and raised a complaint.

            You said in the previous mails that my mobile number has not subscribed to
            Any prime membership.

            But today (11th aug 2020) i've got an sms regarding the expiration of my
            Annual prime subscription in my mobile number[protected]. Attaching the
            Screenshot for your reference.

            How this could be possible if i've not subscribed this.??

            What a customer service...!!!

            Shall i proceed to publish this in social media since you people are not
            Able to find the actual reason for this simple issue??

            I lost 2 months of my subscription..

            I demand the extension of my annual subscription for two more months (Till
            11th oct 2020). Can you do this for me?

                      I have ordered a saree through amazon using karnataka bank debit card after some time yourself (Amazon) have only cancelled my order, but money is not credited in to my account from past 23 days.

                      Even after so many follow ups with bank & your customer care executive, the issue of refund of rs.1555/- is not yet solved.

                      Please kindly resolve the issue & do the needful immediately.

                                I ordered a phone in exchange worth rs. 4, 949. But then the delivery guy told us that he can't accept my old products as it had a little scratch, then he told us we will get the refund. It's been 15 days we didn't got anything, amazon says that the refund was initiated long ago but my bank didn't got anything from them. I want my refund money back!!

                                  Its been more than 4months and i have still not received my refund. I contacted amazon customer service and they told me that they initiated the refund, but the money has still not shown in my account.
                                  They also provided me with a refund reference number and said me to visit my bank but due to lockdown it is not possible for me to visit my bank branch right now.

                                        We had registered our company account with amazon business and bought oneplus 8 8gb/128 gb phone with order #[protected] on 29th july. There was nothing showing gst credit related when buying. We then placed another order after 15-20 mins and reaised it was showing gst credit options with different buyers. So we had chat with a customer executive for the same and he assured we will get gst credit. We could have cancelled the order and ordered again with gst credit. When we received the invoice our accounts department discovered our gst information was not used and we left feedback with seller. Seller said contact amazon customer service. When we contacted them on 08th august they said it is not possible. Please find the attached images of chat with customer service agent.
