Hi, I regularly buy By Nature brand agar agar to make vegan curd. This batch of both cans I got from Amazon have a very different looking agar powder and it’s not doing the thickening that their regular agar does. I tried another batch and that batch is working well.
When I report this with photos to Amazon they keep repeating that it’s a non returnable product and that they can’t do anything.

    I placed an order for 4 items, but upon delivery, I only received 2 of them. On delivery date, I made a call to Amazon's customer care and they raised a complaint. On 22 Sept 2023 they set an investigation and their investigation revealed that all four items were delivered. I requested a complaint number from Amazon, but unfortunately, they abruptly ended the phone call. After this, I made a contact to the delivery person, he confirmed that only 2 items were delivered. Subsequently, when I reached out to the company's office, they acknowledged receiving only 2 items from Amazon they also have a record, and they are ready to provide it.
    This was really a bad experience. I made a contact to Solimo helpdesk and they said that its amazon's fault.

    I talked to amazon customer service again and this time a well-mannered operator attended my query and she resolved the issue within 24 hrs. I got my refund initiated for the remaining 2 quantities

        We bought a CC TV camera set in Oct 2022.
        The product is malfunctioning now.
        The hard disk failed and the footage is disturbed with vertical lines on it.

        I understand that Amazon itself is not responsible for the product.
        So, to contact the seller directly I tried to get seller information from the Amazon app.
        I observed that the seller name and address are different on the invoice and product page on Amazon.
        The seller information on the product page is inaccurate and incomplete.
        There is no seller website, email address or phone number and the address is Amazon's address in Bangalore.

        So, I asked them in support chat to provide seller information to contact them directly.

        Amazon claims that the return period is over and they can't do anything about it and are refusing to provide seller information.

            I initiated a return of this product. I was shown that my item will be picked up on 14th August yet no one came to pick up my item. In fact I was shown a message saying 'pick up attempted - package not ready' which is not true. I was ready with my package but no one came to my house nor was I contacted in any way. Amazon is falsely showing this message. I kindly request for my item to be picked soon and for my refund to be initiated soon too.

              I ordered 6 Panasonic exhaust fans from Amazon and they were not possible to install at the site I called them for due to some technical problem so I requested Amazon to return them as 5 of them were not used or unopened till the 7th of September 2023... The amazon team on the call kept insisting they were only replaceable and not returnable ... were as in my order history it mentioned return window open till 11th I even requested them to give me sellers number ... all they had to say was that the product is only replaceable where as in the order history its not mentioned that it cannot be returned and then they blocked my number from calling the call centre... this is the third incident in the past 3 months where Amazon has defaulted on their commitment first two time they refunded the money the third time they blocked me ... 1st time they marked the shipment delayed for 30 days and then decided to cancel it... the second time another shipment was cancelled due to the seller calling us and telling us to cancel the order... and third time when it was clearly mentioned that it is returnable. also as per my call on 14th September 2023 with them they just agreed to return 3 of them rather all 6. these are all pre paid orders with Amazon.

                I order boat airdopes in amazon website three days before and I register many complaint to amazon customer care last two days. Still now I'm not received any call regards my product. I'm really worried about my product and also I'm getting Mental illness.

                  Sir, I purchased an item of ₹ 178/- from Amazon on 28th August 2023 paying the full amount using my credit card.
                  I cancelled the order on 31st instt. I got the saying I will get the refund with in 7 dayis once the item reaches them..
                  But till date I have not received the refund .I am not able to reach the customer service,
                  Their number is not answered.nor can I find their email id anywhere. On chat page they are not having an option to write my message.

                    Hello. I had registered for this job with a Rs 100 recharge. And completed the tasks until the 3rd level when there was an item for 2000 plus that had to be sold but by that time, the whole of my account has got emptied and tried to tell them i cant continue anymore but they told me i cant leave without completing the task but tried to make them understand my situation but they are very adamant about it and wont return my money back. When i tried to contact them, i have not received any response. Please help me get my money back. Its a request.
                    write down a complaint against the company on cyber crime - toll free no. 1930. i'm also trap on this fraud so i had a complain against company and i had back my money on one day process also i have phone call from there agent or staff to settle the amount an withdraw money i have no. - [protected] so don't fear them face them.

                        Dear Sir, My Name is Madan Gopal, i am using a Amazon account past 3 years with the mobile number [protected] and [protected].

                        Now i have ordered one item called Savya Office Chair order number-#[protected]. from Amazon and in Amazon there is a Rule that for a product there will be 7 days of replacement if the item is defective, also after that replacement, if there is a defective With the same product then they will take it as return and refund the total amount to the original payment method, .
                        Now here i received a defective item in replacement also, so i should be have right to return the item as per the Amazon policy. But still Item is not returned and not refunded the amount too. its been more then 15 days i am waiting or the item pick up and amount refund.

                        They are taking the request for pick up and initiated refund since last week for that they have sent email as well. But all are fake.

                        Every time when i call to the Amazon customer care, simply they send false email stating that refund is initiated and wait for 5 days. Later there will be no refund and item Pick up.

                        I think here Amazon is cheating customers by sending fake emails regarding item pick and refunds.

                        Regarding my statement i have attached all the emails which i received from Amazon. still no Refund.

                        Kindly request you to take action against Amazon.

                          I have ordered multiple products with Amazon on 22nd Aug 2023 and 2 products were scheduled to deliver on 24th Aug 2023. But on 24th Aug 2023, i've received only one product instead of two with a confirmation of both the products are delivered. immediately contacted with Amazon customer care being informed that investigating is initiated on 28th Aug 2023 with a second approach to customer care. Since there is no response from Amazon till today and I again call to customer care today and surprisingly being informed that I've not reached Amazon customer care on this case before. Asking again the basic details to initiate the investigation after 30min of discussion on the call.
                          Amazon as a customer centric company (So called) never addressed their complaints and this is the 4th incident happened to me till now.

                            I ordered a HP 14s, Ryzen 5-5500U 16GB RAM/512GB SSD 14-inches
                            (35.6 cm) FHD, IPS, Micro-Edge Display/AMD Radeon

                            2021/1.46 Kg, 14s- fy1003AU, Windows 11 Home |
                            B0B58VN76J ( B0B58VN76J ) laptop on 7 August, 2023.
                            It was delivered on 8 August, 2023 and when opened the packaging found that screen has damage. There was a line on the screen and I put the replacement request for the same on the same day.
                            A technician visited for the inspection of laptop on 9 August, 2023 and he found the laptop faulty. So, I put the request for replacement. Replacement was to be done on 10 August, 2023 but no one came for the replacement. Then again I raised the concern that no one visited for replacement then I was assured that there is no evident of the consignment and it was assured that the laptop will be returned. The expected returned date was scheduled to be 11-12 August, 2023. I waited for these 2 days and as usual no one appeared for the return.
                            Then it was scheduled for the pickup on 24 August, 2023. A pickup guy came and called me and that pick up boy was at different location so I told him to wait at that location so that I'll handover him the laptop as he was not aware of the location. After 10 min I called him he didn't pick up my call. I tried him multiple times but he didn't pick up the call and at last he put my number in the block list. Now, it was scheduled for pickup on 31 August, 2033. no one came for the pickup on that day also.
                            Then it was scheduled on 4 september, 2023 then as usual no one shown up. Then again it was scheduled for pick up on 7 september, no one came then again scheduled on 8 September, no one came.

                            Kindly get this picked and refund my money. I am stuck in between that I am not able to escape from this mess.

                            I am a working professional working 9 to 6 I don't have so much time to write mails Contact customer support on regular basis this is a case of mental harassment.
                            It's like torture to your valuable customers.
                            No one helps even if you reach out to customer support they either transfer or apologize nothing more than that I am so much frustrated and helpless right now.

                            There is no such platform where they can resolve these issues on priority basis.

                              I had placed an order on September 5 2023 and the product was supposed to be delivered today September 8. I received an email stating that the product was delivered, but I did not get any delivery.

                              I am too having a same problem and the order placed on 22nd Aug 2023, received delivery confirmation message on 24th Aug 2023. Contacted Amazon's customer care multiple times and every time a new executive will answer the call stating same reply we will initiate the investigation today.

                                I purchased a gift card of Rs. 3000 on 21st July, 2023. Order no. is[protected]. There was an offer that if I purchased an Amazon Pay gift card worth Rs 3000 and more, I would get Rs. 100 cashback. But I didn't get that cashback. I have a complaint to the customer care 2-3 times. Every time they told me that that have raised the complaint and would get resolved in 7-8 days working days. But neither did I get any cashback nor any answer from their side.

                                  Complaint against Amazon for non-refund of order bearing no.[protected].

                                  Sir/Madam,

                                  I am writing this to lodge a complaint against Amazon India for not refunding my order despite repeated requests.

                                  I had ordered below mentioned product,
                                  (1) Ultica Fab Velvet Curtains for Door 7ft Set of 2 | Emboz Panels for Home and Office Decor | Eyelet Grommet Curtains for Living Room Kitchen Hall, 4 x 7 Feet (Cream).

                                  (2) Ultica Fab Velvet Curtains for Door 8ft Set of 2 | Emboz Panels for Home and Office Decor | Eyelet Grommet Curtains for Living Room Kitchen Hall, 4 x 8 Feet (Cream) from Amazon on 14-Aug-2023 for Rs.3047.

                                  The order number was[protected]. The product was delivered on 20-Aug-2023, but i was not satisfied with the recieved product, so I raised a return request for the above mentioned products and Amazon secheluded return pick up on date 23-Aug-2003 but Amazon delivery partner has picked up the product successfully on 22-Aug-2023. Even the pickup boy checked the order while pickup and took it.

                                  After the successful return pick-up I was waiting for my refund and day passed i didn't receive any refund from Amazon. I contacted Amazon customer service several times, but they did not provide any satisfactory resolution. At first when i asked them why you are not updating its status as picked, they told me it is already processed and not showing picked on status due to some technical fault. Later, when asked again about my refund. They said the pickup wasn't successful despite their Amazon delivery partner has picked up the product successfully. After requesting them to refund amount for more than 10-15 days they either gave false promises or did not respond at all. They even cut the call in between.

                                  Either the pickup boy has misplaced or lost the order and they are not accepting this fault is from their side. The pickup call was from the amazon company so they can track every step of pickup but are not paying attention to this. They even didn't provide me my complaint number but after making repeated requests they provided me a Ticket number A1MLUKQL5WI7CS for my reference.

                                  This is a clear violation of their own refund policy, which states that if a product is returned successfully, the customer can get a refund.

                                  I have attached copies of my order invoice and payment receipt with Amazon as proof of my claim.

                                  I request you to kindly look into this matter and direct Amazon to refund my order amount along with compensation for the inconvenience caused by them.

                                    Good day, i requested a refund on the amazon platform to get my money back but they refuse if i don't pay 16K to finish a order, i explained that i sent them all the money i had and i can't finish the order but they refuse to refund me or to let me withdraw the money on the platform, please help me, i really need that money back, please

                                      25499 Nintendo switch fake product delivered

                                      On 23 Aug 23 have ordered Nintendo switch ver 2 from Amazon india. On 31 aug 23 the product was delivered to me without taking the otp . The delivery boy ran away.                                       I was ordered an AC from amazon india on 30-march-2023 and it got delivered on april 3rd - 2023 from august 3rd week onwards my ac was not working i was raised the complaint about my ac was not working to amazon and they are not responding its been already 15 days, can you please take necessary action.
