Refund processed but I didn’t receive it on my indian bank account...

I have order a mobile phone form Amazon on 26 january and I paid my amount by debit card and then I cancelled my order then they were telling that you will get your refund with in 5-6 day but now 17-18 day over but I didn't get my money back and the order id is[protected] and I have purchase a mobile of ₹21, 999 and they were telling that we were taking action against it but they are not taking action against it. And I don't know...

Product never delivered by delivery agent. When checked on building registry delivery agent never entered building. Customer service was informed multiple times about this. Investigation team was told parcel was delivered by agent and marked the issue resolved without even looking into the matter. Delivery agent was called multiple times on delivery day but never picked up. Luckily calls were recorded by amazon...

I had placed two orders for Rs 749/- and for Rs 1200/- each which I cancelled later. Amazon has to refund the amounts. Till it has not come. When will I get the refund? It's time for refund. I cancelled the orders long back. I want my refund immediately.the customer care number is of no use....

I placed order for 5 items, but then I had to place a request of return of all the 5 items as the size was not appropriate.
Out of these 5 items, refund of 1 item was transfered in Amazon pay balance A/c.
For rest of the items the status that is visible on the Amazon site is that the refund is credited in my A/c whereas actually nothing is credited in my a/c and I have been following for the same from the last so many days but...

I'm once a part time job in amazon site to accept order in order to increase their sales. So, as a task coming I need to recharge money in order to complete the task. I used the order number[protected] to return the item to Amazon, but despite my numerous requests, they have chosen to add credits to my account rather than refund my bank account with the money I paid for it. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from Amazon regarding the Kodak 80 cm (32 Inches) HD Ready LED TV Kodak 32HDX900S (Black) I ordered on 17th January for ₹7499. I have ordered 9 quantity of shoes from amazon on 20.01.2023. I had cancelled the product from Amazon the refund amount from Amazon was suppose to come in Canara Bank. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 7th Jan 7.14pm.
Still it is not reflecting on my account. The also provided refund reference no.[protected]. I have contacted customer service but no proper response from their hand. Please check and confirm the status....

Technician came for tv installation and gave us a wire for 750₹ which was of no use and now amazon is fooling us for refund of wrong item from 15 days

Purchased a pair of table from Amazon, pasting one of the leg of a table came off after which I contacted Amazon and they denied help and asked me to contact seller directly. In contact with seller from last 4 days and now they are asking me to send the table at my own shipping cost. They are not ready to pick it up. Amazon should take its responsibility as it was fulfilled by them....

My Amazon Account got hacked by someone and my Amazon Pay balance of around Rs.4500/- was redeemed by someone else, and I reported it to amazon customer care.
