I want to start my business online from 1-2 years but due to one mistake i am not able to do that and your team is also not helping me please help me.
I am explaining my mistake down:
I have 3-5 gmail accounts and by mistake 1-2 years ago i created sellers account on all gmails and add our firm gstin with all the account now because of that my all accounts...

I have a refund issue with amazon. They said that the refund has been processed and money will be reflected in my bank account within 3 to 5 days. After a week as i didn't receive the amount, i contacted amazon again and they told me that the refund has been done from their end on may 9th and to check with my bank about the issue. Please let me know why i am not getting the amount credited to my account....

But it is not reflecting in my indian bank account.

Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
75503720096039299372532 and told me to fill charge dispute form but jkbank doesn't have such policy. So...

They didn't ask any permissions or otp's to they debitted my money of rs.999/- without my permission and don't need anything for this amount

My name is surendhar and i had ordered a sennheisser headphones of rs.649 in amazon on[protected] and after[protected] i returned this product due to personel reasons. And on[protected] amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Ordered aquarium and stand from Amazon. Order was canceled. i was charged $162.00 two times and $68.00 on May 16, 2020. amzn is the company who took the payments i am requesting a refund...

I have been using amazon for a long time and have been a prime member since last 2 years. I started seeing mobile number verification in the android app before a few months ago so i would switch to the website for checking out.
I did this because i use flipkart and a few other platforms as well where you can add a mobile number but that is not mandatory. Recently, while in lockdown, i tried to get an order and the website also had...

I have no received refund from amazon. The e mail i have received from amazon is as follows. I have tried to get solution from customer care but i did not get refund till now. Amazon is telling me to contact bank and lodge a complain there with reference to authorization code and as them to credit this amount to my sb account no [protected]....

My refund was done by Amazone on 17 march which should have arrived by 22 march, Which has not yet come to my account....

Today morning around 10:15 am an amazon delivery boy named robin pramanik peeped through my door although i haven't ordered anything. He had someone's else's parcel. Even after telling him that person does not stay in our building, he didn't leave. Throughout he was peeping through the door and curtain. This was very humiliating and disgraceful for a lady.

I came to know his name after asking my colleagues from next building....

I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs999/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 16th april 2020....
