Dear team
This is to bring into your notice that product which doesnt have return policy the seller tends to cheat the customer via amazon.
Recently i am facing the problem of delivery from the amazon or amazon is cheating the customer (Sometimes different product, sometimes defective product, some time late in delivery) and this time the product shown while booking and the product which was delivered was totally different, i am unhappy with the amazon for the same,
I am request amazon to change the product this time and hence if the product doesn't have the return policy will not be purchased.

One suggestion please select only those agents or tie ups where they take the product back with genuine reason given in the comment on the portal

    As glass frame ordered was black color but delivered glass was purple color.

      Hello,
      I am sirish karamcheti and i purchased a dining table online on 15th january 2020. Product name was - cherry wood sheesham ood 4 seater dining table set with chairs for home. The product was delivered on 20th june 2020..
      Price of the table was 16, 198 inr. The product was delivered to my parents who live in hyderabad - 500070.
      I visited hyderabad in feb around 7th and i noticed the table was defective. Chairs were nt of same size. One of the leg f the table had a crack which was filled with a wood primer to cover the crack. There was a hole in the side of the table. There were wood knots which indicate the table was damaged.
      After seeing the same, i requested for a return. The same was accepted. One person had come to my house on a 2 wheeler. He came, took pics and went back. Later we got a message that the person updated the table was not packed. Yes we could not pack then.
      Even if we would have packed that person could not have been able to take it with him as he came on a bike. I again complained. I got call from a person stating he would come to my home. Later i got a message that he mentioned address could not be found.
      Then again on 29th of feb i complained i got a mail confirming the pick up. No one picked up.
      Later on march 15 i again called and informed. I was told a pickup would be arranged. After that lock down happened.
      Post lock down i called 7 time. 6 times i was told someone would come to pick up. It was only during the 7th time of my call i was told i will have to shp it ack to the retailer.
      My parents age is 76 and 70 respectively. How can someone expect them to pack the table and courier using registered post.
      I kept telling on all my calls about my issue, everyone told don't worry sir, your table will get picked up. It was only on my 10th call i was told i will have send the table back.
      After chasing for nearly 2 months i got a resolution to send it back. From bangalore i am planning to ensure the table goes. I was told that blue dart will come home and pick my product and will take it up.
      Blue dart refused to pick stating that the are not delivering in rajasthan.
      I tried calling amazon cc team. No calls are being entertained of my. Online support is also suspended for me.
      For raising an issue i am getting this treatment.
      I need your support on this.
      Dates when i called amazon cc - please note i was never rude to the executives. Please do listen to the call recordings. If you want some, i can also share.
      I need your support for taking my product back. The purpose is not yet solved. My money is stuck

      I posted this on 24th - 25th June. No one acted on it. No response. No call, no message. Instead they blocked me. Look at the pics of the damaged table and i still have to bear with it.

                My name is b. Ashok kumar and my account# is [protected] and phno# is [protected] residing in gopalapatnam.

                I have ordered a protein from amazon and paid via debit card and i returned the item back. Then amazon initiated a refund on 25/06/2020 and expect credit on 02/07/2020. But still the amount has not been credited. When i called amazon, they told me that the amount was refunded to your bank and gave the reference number #30005401780171220350380 for rs5300.00.

                Please check the transaction and make sure that amount is credited soon.

                  I had ordered via ORDER #[protected]. My order was placed on 1st june 2020 but i wasnt delivered product till 7th july 2020. when i started contacting amazon executives they told me that they would contact seller and revert back in 2 days. that revert back never happened so i had to again call on 7th july 2020 and the executive told me that seller is not responding so i would have to take refund. I asked for compensation for the harassment caused but he asked me to mail. When i mailed i got a reply that for compensation i would have to call. So today again i called and talked to escalation department mr. shubham. Instead of solving my problem mr shubham told me that i should check product and seller reviews before ordering the product. And he straightaway refused any compensation. I would like to get the compensation for the problem caused by amazon.

                    I have booked weighing machine on 19th june, delivery expected to me was 22nd june, delivery wasnt received till 23rd june accordingly we cancelled the product same day for refund. Today we are sitting on 8th july & amazon hasnt yet provided my refund back to me, i am in touch with customer care since 25th june & have been provided dates of refund i. E 3rd july, 5th july, 8th july, 9th & 10th july from all types o[censored]seless customer representatives they themselves arent aware what was the last conversation done with customer & every now & then with en number of calls i am been getting through different persons on calls. Now today again i have got a new date of refund i. E 13th july. Pathetic services are been given by amazon & herewith will no longer be a part of their services, will advise all relatives, friends accorss the world to stop all services with amazon as well as will end up my prime services itself.

                    Refund back my money 1200 inr immediately by today itself for not encouraging me to take further legal actions.

                      Dear sir/madam
                      Please refer my order no[protected] dated 23rd june 2020 for edgemeter home appliances indoor cloth dryer 56 feet
                      The item was supplied during last week of june but packing was opened on 02nd july to assemble the rack considering the covid 19 precautions. While assembling following were noticed
                      1. 11 pieces of rod received in place of 12
                      2. Some design/manufacturing defect in fitting of rod in base hole
                      Four times i took a pick up schedule from your customer service and almost all the time your courier agency cancelled the pick up without coming and seeing the item on the pretext that pick up was not ready
                      I have approached through e mail also but all in vain.
                      Considering our old association and your consumer-friendly approach in past may i request to ensure picking up the item by your representative having a positive and helping attitude or return the full amount paid

                          I ordered Dewberries Popup Polycotton Laundry Bag (Small, 30L) 2 piece on 23/06/2020.. They give me wrong product on 6 days before. I called them many time for replacement... They take ke on hold for 10 mint and Bt they gave me only date. This is 4 time they cancelled to pickup item... Today again did the same thing.. First time bad experience with Amazon . Its ur fault u game me wrong product not mine.. Why I suffer?? Plzz refund my money /replace as soon as posible. I don't want to call again..

                            I placed an order of 3 mask of la'forte brand from amazon.in on Jul 06, 2020. They delivered the order on Jul 07, 2020 under Invoice# IN-ZNAS-11997 and Dt. 06.07.2020 amounting Rs. 330/- but when I opened the package I found that outer carton which was shown on the webpage is missing. The masks were packed in simple polythene (which a reputed company like La'Forte will not do) further on wearing the mask I noticed that while breathing the valve of the mask is not closing. On the entire shipment nowhere is mentioned the name of brand.

                            I called the customer care but they denied refund my money.

                              A refund has been made by amazon on 11th of june regarding a product which i've buyed from the amazon. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i nees to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details. I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible

                                Amazon had refunded my amount on dated 24/6/20, 25/06/20 and 03/07/20. But none of them has reflected in my bank account.. Bank says to contact amazon, and amazon says to contact bank.
                                Solve my issue and refund my amount.

                                  I have ordered redmi note 9 pro from flash sale on 30th june and it shows estimated delivery on 6 july but on 5th july order got undelivered due to incorrect pin or address but in reality nothing is wrong in address.                                     Amazon has unnecessary locked my account, and even after sending all my documents which they have requested, nothing is happening since 47 days now.
                                    I already paid Rs 999 for the prime membership, which i am not able to use the benefit from past 2 months.

                                    I know they will not unlock my account, because the customer care team and the accounts team are totally useless.
                                    When i called the customer care executive, he kept on repeating that he was not able to hear me and he will have to disconnect the call, when i could hear him loud and clear, and kept on shouting hello, he kept on repeating the same, because he wanted to disconnect anyway.

                                    I think amazon in india is totally useless, and i am really disgusted with their customer care / accounts team

                                    I just want my money refunded, as i believe they will cheat me by locking the account and not giving my money. I already have Rs 1968 in my amazon pay balance and I am also the old customer of amazon.in from past 5 years. Someone used my account with other credit card and then my account is locked and i cannot use my balance also the benefits of my amazon credit card. Pls open my account to use amazon. Please don't do this type of mislead with customer.
